Chapter 17 - Practical Entrance Exam

A/N - Fair warning, this one might have some spelling errors and mistakes it's not been edited like most of my chapters are. If you find mistake, just uhh point em out. 

After the students all changed into the track suits that they had brought with them for the exam, they all assembled in the auditorium once again. Only this time, the seats were seemingly removed and a robot stood on the stage.

"Hello. My name is B127. I am UA's Exercise Instructor. I will be taking you through some simple stretches. This is completely optional however. You can perform your own stretches if you so please. Those that wish to follow me, kindly assemble near the stage." The robot announces. A few students assemble near the stage while other simply stay at different sides, opting to do their own stretches.

"I'm going to go do my stretch over there." Ochako tells Izuku.

"Sure. I'll be here doing some stretches too." Izuku answers as he drops his bag nearby.

"You want to come with?" Ochako asks him.

"Uhm... I wouldn't want to disturb you." Izuku answers.

"It wouldn't be a problem besides, some of my stretches need two people anyways." Ochako tells him.

"If it's not a problem to you then sure." Izuku responds as Ochako smiles and grabs his hand, dragging him to the back wall of the room. The two quickly started some basic stretches to ensure that they wouldn't injure themselves during the exam, helping each other whenever possible.

15 minutes later, a loud chime rang through the auditorium.

"All students who will be taking the Practical exam are requested to leave the auditorium through the Eastern Exit," An exit lights up in neon colours on cue. "Follow the path after leaving the auditorium, it will lead you to buses that will lead you to the arena where the exam will take place."

"T minus 10 minutes." Izuku says as he grabs his bag and gets up, helping Ochako to her feet. "Time to get ready."

"You okay?" Ochako asks him.

"Yeah. Why?" Izuku responds as Ochako picks up her bag.

"You seem to be nervous." She tells him.

"Oh it's nothing. I just... well... it's really nothing you need to worry about." Izuku tells her as they walk towards the exit and follow the path to board the bus, checking in with the hall tickets on the counters along the way. They boarded the bus that lead them to the arena or at least the entrance.

"This is way to many people and the entrance seems to be too small." Izuku mutters. "We'll need to get ahead to make sure we are able to get a lead in points."

"I can help with that." Ochako tells him as she touches his shoulder, activating her quirk on him and then on herself. "Get us to the front as fast as you can."

"Got it." Izuku answers as his feet find purchase on the wall behind them. "Grab my hand." He tells Ochako, holding out a hand for her. Ochako nods, grabbing his hand. "When we reach the other wall, release your quirk." He tells her as he pushes off the wall, letting Newton's Laws of Motion direct them towards the opposite wall.

"Release!" Ochako says as the two of them are about the touch the other wall. Both of them manage to orient themselves and land on their feet.

"What sort of tactic is this!" The blue haired boy from before yells at them. "This is clearly cheating."

"Not really. There's nothing in the rulebooks that says we can't use our quirks to do what we just did. All the rules say is that we're not allowed to hurt others using our quirks during any of the exams. And no one got hurt." Izuku tells him. "Now, if you don't mind, we'd like to focus a bit before the exam starts."
