Chapter 23 - Battle Training

The next day. With Class F divided between the Heroics department, we pick up with Class 1-A who was getting ready to start their first Heroics class.

"I AM HERE!!" A voice yells from outside the door as the door is slammed open. "To teach Heroics!" All Might exclaims as he walks in.

"Is he always about the antics?" Ochako whispers to Izuku as the Academia students sat at the back of the class.

"More or less." Izuku whispers back.

"He's a pain in the house." Hitoshi adds. "Always with the yelling."

"I pity the woman he's with." Tokage whispers.

"He's not dating anyone actually." Izuku answers. "That's all I know to be honest."

"Can you freaks shut up." Bakugou barks at them from his seat while All Might calmed down the class.

"Or what?" Ochako asks him.

"Or I'll kick your ass!" Bakugou threatens.

"As if. You won't be able to touch me." Ochako tells him. "Kicking my ass is faar from what you can do."

"Ka- Bakugou, I'd suggest turning ahead." Izuku tells him. "All Might's about to start the class." Bakugou glares at Izuku before turning his head back to the front. "And Uraraka, don't instigate him. There's no point in making enemies."

"Fine." Ochako huffs.

"I thought you said she's a quiet person." Izuku whispers to Shinso.

"She was a quiet person. In school." Hitoshi responds. "Though I'm guessing that was just a farce to keep anyone from knowing she could use Aura."

"It was." Ochako answers. "It keeps a lot of unwanted people away." She answers. "I'm sure you know how it is Midoriya."

"Yeah." Izuku sighs. "Though I wasn't expecting this much of a difference if I'm honest."

"If the students from the Academia are done talking, can we start the class?" All Might asks, looking at Izuku and his friends.

"Sorry All Might." Izuku apologises.

"Thank you." He says. 'Sorry Young Midoriya, but I need to be impartial for this class.' All Might thinks to himself. "Now that I have your attention, who can tell me what is the most important aspect of a hero or a trainer?"

"Their Hero name?" A girl with black hair, Izuku recognized her as Momo Yaoyorozu, answers.

"Close. But that only applies to heroes." All Might answers. "I'll give you a hint. What is the one thing that Heroes and Trainers are recognized by?"

"Catch phrases?" A boy with blue hair asks.

"Closer Young Iida." All Might answers. "I'm surprised you haven't figured it out considering the answer also ties to your family legacy. The answer I was looking for is clothing. Gear. Hero Suits. Whatever you want to call it." All Might explains. "Take the Turbo Hero Ingenium for example. Iida's older brother currently holds the title, before him it was their mother, and before that their mother's father. And all of them are known for one thing, and that is their knight like armor that they donned." He continues. "As you can see on the board behind me." All Might says as he turns to see a blank screen. 'I forgot to turn it on.' He thinks to himself.

'He forgot to turn it on.' Izuku thinks to himself, face palming as All Might fumbles with the remote.

"Sorry about that kids. Us old folk have are a bit technologically challenged at times." All Might tells them as he quickly pulls up a presentation on the screen. "Back to what I was saying. As you can see, Ingenium 1.0, 2.0, and 3.0, all have similar motifs to their suits making them recognizable to the public even though the person underneath is different. Now granted a part of this is also their name which is handed down through the generations, it is their suit that any civilian would see first. Now I'm sure you're all bored of hearing this old man blabber about suits, so why don't we all head straight to your first practical class of the year!" All Might says excitedly as he presses a button under the table, revealing 17 boxes. 13 in the Hero Department's blue and 4 in Academia's black.
