"So, who organized this trip?" I asked, glancing at my friends crammed in the backseat with me, while Chan and San sat in front.

We were currently on our way to a vacation house on the outskirts of the city. After wrapping up most of our recordings and shoots, we were fortunate to have a week off. I was a bit out of the loop with the company since our return from France; things had been busy, but not overwhelmingly so. Our schedule mainly consisted of interviews, fashion shows, and game shows.

Now, we were driving to a vacation house somewhere in Jeju. It had been a while since I had visited, and I was excited to be going with my brothers and friends.

Unfortunately, Taehyung had to work this week due to a packed schedule, so he wouldn't be joining us. Kai, Jungkook, Taeil, and Jin also couldn't make it, but they promised to try and join us if they could rearrange their commitments.

Vacations with friends were always the best, especially since we could even go camping.

San had brought along two bodyguards, insisting it was for my safety. I had almost forgotten about my eccentric aunt, who was still out there, as I had been too caught up in my love life to think about her.

Now that I considered it, I should probably be worried; it had been nearly a year since her last attack on me. No, Jennie, don't dwell on that.

This trip was going to be a lot of fun!

"Lisa, it's just a week-long getaway! Why on earth did you pack like you're relocating?" Jisoo grumbled as she spotted Lisa's mountain of suitcases in the trunk.

"Oh, this bag is for my makeup and skincare essentials-my beauty arsenal, if you will. The second one is dedicated to my fabulous designer shoes, and the last one? That's all about my outfits," Lisa explained, rolling her eyes as Jisoo began to unload the bags. Just then, her brother came over to lend a hand.

"You really didn't need all that since Jungkook isn't joining us," I chimed in, and Lisa's eyes widened in disbelief.

"I don't dress up for him!" she insisted, though it was clear she was trying to convince herself more than anyone else.

"Come on, Lisa. We're not kids anymore; you can't keep pretending," Rosé chimed in, grabbing one of the bags and heading into the house.

"Let's share a room," I suggested to Rosé, who shrugged before asking, "Isn't your boyfriend coming?"

"I doubt it; he's swamped with work," I replied, and she nodded in understanding as we made our way into the room.

After half an hour of unpacking, we flopped onto the bed, exhausted.

"This trip is exactly what I needed," Rosé sighed, and when I turned to look at her, she quickly shut her eyes, as if trying to escape my gaze.

"I kissed Jimin," she blurted out, and my eyes nearly popped out of my head.

She kissed him?!

"What??" I exclaimed, and she nodded, confirming the shocking news.

"Lisa dragged me to a club a while back, and after a few drinks and some dancing, I ran into Jaehyun at the bar. I told him I liked him and ended up kissing him-except it wasn't Jaehyun at all; it was Jimin!" she said, pulling the covers over her head in embarrassment.

"Jennie, I kissed him while I was drunk!" she exclaimed, frustration evident as she tugged at her hair. I couldn't help but chuckle at her predicament.

"What am I supposed to do when he gets here? I can't face him!" she lamented.

"I'm really sorry, but I can't help you with that," I replied honestly, and she seemed to grasp my point, not pressing further.

"Wait, you can help! Can you ask V if Jimin's coming?" she suggested.
