(Shubman's POV)
sat in my dorm, staring at the wall as my mind wandered to Ishan. Again.
I couldn't deny the connection we shared. But what did it mean?
I needed advice, and there was only one person I trusted - my sister, Shahneel.
"Shahneel, I need to talk to you," I said, calling her.
"Of course, bhai," she replied.
"I think I have feelings for someone," I confessed.
"Who is it?" she asked, curiosity in her voice.
"Ishan," I replied, my heart racing.
Shahneel's tone softened.
"I knew it," she said. "You've been different since you met him."
I nodded, feeling a mix of emotions.
"I don't know what to do," I admitted.
Shahneel's voice was calm and reassuring.
"You need to be honest with yourself, bhai," she said. "And with Ishan."
My heart skipped a beat.
"What if he doesn't feel the same way?" I asked.
Shahneel's response was gentle.
"Then you'll know, and you can move on," she said. "But what if he does?"
My heart swelled.
I knew what I had to do.
