Chapter 23: Sometimes You Got To Be Crazy

(Luke's P.O.V)

I needed to talk to Calum and Jess about moving out. I don't know if they will agree with me or not, but I hope they will.

The next morning I felt someone shaking me. "Luke, Lukey wake up" They whispered.

I opened my eyes to see Jess with a concern look on her face. I stretched a little "What time is it?" I yawned.

"You've been here all night, asleep in front of your computer" She said.

"Really? I think I'm going head up to bed" I said getting up from my seat stumbling a little and grabbing my lab top.

"Do you want me to bring you something up for breakfast?" Jess asked. I looked at her and notice she was wearing my 'Hemmings 96' shirt.

"Uhhh sure and why are you wearing my shirt?" I laughed.

"I don't know" She mumbled and blushed. She turned away from me. "I'll be up in a bit"

"Okay" I said. I got upstairs to my room and laid down in bed and fell asleep immediately.

The next time I woke up. I checked my phone and it was 3:30pm. I saw on my bedside table a note with my name on it.

You were asleep when I came up. Ash and Laura took John out for the day. And Calum at work until 10 tonight. I also have work, but until 4. Text me if you need anything. See ya later :)

So Jess will be home soon. I went downstairs and made myself something to eat, then watched some TV until she came home.

About 45 minutes later the front door opened. "Oh hey, you're up!"

"Yeah, about an hour ago" I said.

"You slept most of the day" Jess said sitting next to me. I made her sit on my lap, I wrapped my arms around her, putting my rest my head on her shoulder.

"Did you have fun today?" I asked. She leaned back into me.

"No, not really. I'm just tired right now" She said.

"Hey, I need to talk to you and Calum tonight about something" I told her.

"What is it?"

"I'll tell you later, it's nothing bad" I assured her. "And you're still wearing my shirt"

"Do you want it back?" I can tell she's smiling.

"Nope, it looks better on you" I said kissing her cheek. She shrugged and we cuddled the rest of the day until we were hungry.

Calum soon came home and I had them both on the couch.

"So I've been thinking of this for a while and I uhh want to move out" I said. I waited for their reaction.

"You want to move out? Why are you tell us?" Calum asked.

"Cause I was wondering if you want to move out with me?"

"Both of us?" Jess asked. I nodded. They both looked at each other for a minutes. "Is this because of what you said to be before?"

"A little" I said quietly.

"What did he say to you?" Calum asked. Jess looked at me as if saying 'Can we tell him?'.

"I uhh want to have.....a baby with her" I said, mumbling the last part.

"So you're asking me to move out into a new house so I can watch you guys have a child, while I sit alone and single forever!" Calum said standing up.
