Chapter 29: Always Ends With You Two

(Calum's P.O.V)

His body fell to the floor. I backed away put the gun back in my backpack, and started running.

I'm betting Michael and Kelly are going to be calling the police by now. All I knew is who my next target was.....

I run to my house I don't know why. But as soon as I got there my parents were there crying, Luke's body was being taking away, and police cars everywhere. I hid in a brush and until they left. One of the officers went up to my parents. I listen to their conversation.

"Can you tell me what happen here?" He asked them.

"We came home, there he was on the floor" Mom cried.

"Do you know him?"

"He's our son's friend" Dad answered.

"Do you know where your son is?"

"No, last night we saw him. He was at a friend's house. Which was that boy's neighbor house" Mom said.

"Thank you, and sorry" The officers ran to his car and drove away.

If they found Luke, then they're going to find Jess soon.

I got up from my brush and started running again. I don't want to get caught or face anyone. They'll find out it was me soon. I regret killing Luke and Jess. Ashton I'm sorry to say, but I don't. It's taking over me now and I need to get the others.

(Kelly's P.O.V)

"MICHAEL! MICHAEL!" I yelled running after him. He just got off the phone with someone and just started running.

"Michael!" I grabbed him. His eyes are were bloodshot. "What's going on?!"

"They found Luke at Calum's house and Jess. It was her mom. She said she tired-tired cal-calling Ash, but he didn't answer" He grabbed me and started crying into my shoulder.

"Michael, don't jump to conclusion. He could be fine. After all he did run away. He lost Laura and Jess he wants to be alone" I told him.

He felt his breath hitch. "I don't think he wants to be alone" He said. He let go of me and turned me around.

I gasped. "Michael, run!"

"Kelly-" He cried.

"Michael, I said RUN! Leave him, there's nothing we can do!" and I grabbed his hand and we started running.

We ended up back at Michael's house. "Mommy! Daddy!"

Belle came running to us. Michael picked her up and we walked into the living room were the other two were.

"Where's my mom and dad?" John asked. I looked at Michael, he looked like he was going to cry again.

"They're not going to be coming back tonight, sweetie. You'll see them tomorrow, okay?" I said.

John nodded and held Dani closes to him. The only family he has.

The kids sat on the couch, Michael laid on the loveseat next to the couch, and I laid on top of him. We decided to watch a movie.

An hour into the movie. The kids fell asleep and so did Michael. I'm surprised he able to sleep after what happen.

I laid a blanket on top of the kids and grabbed one for Michael. I couldn't fall asleep, he still out there and I'm scared of what he's going to do next.

My eyes started getting heavy. Don't fall asleep, don't fall asleep, I told myself. Guess I don't listen cause I soon fell asleep...
