Summary: Reader (Y/N), Keith's half-sister and a Blade of Marmora warrior, joins the Voltron team to help with the increasing Galra attacks. Fierce and focused on training, she's completely oblivious to Pidge's feelings, who is trying (and failing) to catch her attention. The rest of the team decides to step in to give Pidge a hand. Chaos, humor, and some tender moments ensue.

You had arrived at the Castle of Lions with a singular mission in mind: help Voltron fight against the Galra Empire. You weren't one for making friends. You weren't Keith, who had found some kind of strange family in Voltron. No, you were there because the Blade of Marmora assigned you to help with the increasing attacks. You did your job, and that was that.

You trained. You prepared for battle. Emotions were a distraction, and attachments led to vulnerabilities. It was something you'd internalized from your time with the Blade.

And yet... there was something about this team that felt different.

From Lance's constant flirting to Hunk's endless hospitality and Shiro's calm presence, the team had an openness that made it hard to stay completely closed off. But it was Pidge who puzzled you the most. She was sharp, witty, and incredibly intelligent, but there was something about her behavior around you that left you scratching your head.

Every time you turned around, there was Pidge—helping you fix your armor, offering to work on upgrades to your weaponry, and always finding excuses to hang around you. She even saved a spot for you during team meals. You, being completely oblivious, thought she was just trying to be a helpful teammate.

If only you knew.

In the common area, the Voltron team gathered around the table, their expressions amused as they watched Pidge silently fuming. She sat with her arms crossed, glaring into her bowl of space goo, completely frustrated by how oblivious you were to her feelings.

"I don't get it," Pidge muttered. "I've done everything to get her attention. I've helped her fix her Blade of Marmora gear, I've shown her how to upgrade her armor, I even let her use my computer to run simulations... and she still doesn't notice!"

Keith shook his head, smirking. "Well, Y/N isn't exactly the most... emotionally tuned-in person. She's focused. Training is all she's ever really known."

Lance, leaning back in his chair, shot Pidge a sympathetic look. "You're going about it all wrong. Subtlety doesn't work on someone like her."

Pidge groaned, burying her face in her hands. "What do you suggest, Casanova?"

Lance grinned, clearly enjoying the fact that he had the upper hand here. "You need to get her attention in a way she'll understand. Go big! Spar with her or something. She respects strength and skill. Show her that you can be a warrior too."

Hunk leaned in, nodding in agreement. "Or... you could try giving her food. She does like it when people make her meals."

Allura, sipping tea from the corner, raised an eyebrow. "Perhaps... the direct approach? Have you considered just telling her how you feel?"

The whole group fell silent for a moment, all eyes turning to Pidge. Her cheeks flushed as she mumbled, "Easier said than done."

Shiro leaned forward, resting his elbows on the table. "We'll help you. If Y/N is as oblivious as Keith says, then you might need a little push."
