Trigger Warning: Homophobic criticism

Taewoo's gone... He's finally gone...

It's been 2 days since Chan eliminated Taewoo. He made it look like an accident so nobody would suspect him in any way... Even though he did die in HIS office.

Chan had gotten over the the death of his foe. Seungmin was actually elated about the news. He had never liked Taewoo. He just seemed off all the time whenever they'd interact. But that's in the past at long last.

Sungmi had just been discharged from the hospital and was going home with Jiwon. Seungmin had offered to accompany them in his car. How sweet...

As they walked out of the hospital building and into the parking lot, Seungmin opened the door at the back. To Sungmi's surprise, she saw a baby seat specially decorated with stickers and comforted with warm blankets.

She turned to look at Seungmin who stood there already looking at her, "You did this?"

"Yeah", he replied, "I got it from a few old baby things and cleaned it up for Jiwon."

A smile curled up on her face, "Thank you, Oppa."

"No problem. It's my pleasure, really."

They got into the car, making sure to buckle Jiwon into the baby seat properly. Then they drove off.

It was a silent drive, until Sungmi decided to break the silence. "Thank you for taking us home."

"It's not a problem at all", Seungmin said, keeping his eyes on the road. "You know, for a newborn baby, Jiwon doesn't cry a lot."

"Maybe because it's still the first few days? I don't know."

That's when the little baby began to make cute sounds at the back.

"Awe", Seungmin smiled with his focus on the road, "Even though I'm not seeing her, she still managed to be cute somehow."

"I know, right." Sungmi turned her head to look at her daughter just to make sure she was comfortable.

"But honestly, how are you feeling?"

"I feel happier than ever. Even though it was really difficult to give birth to a child, it was worth seeing that little adorable face", Sungmi smiled to herself.

"I'm proud of you, Sungmi."

"Thanks...", she looked at Seungmin.

His side profile seemed very sweet with a focused jaw. Ever since that talk they had a few days ago, she started feeling different about Seungmin. It kinda felt weird, but it was a lovely feeling she got when she was around him.

It was a 43-minute-drive to Sungmi's home, where her mother waited impatiently to see her newborn granddaughter.

The car pulled up on the driveway at last. Seungmin got out of the car after turning off the ignition and got out to open the door for Sungmi.

He got her stuff out of the trunk as Sungmi got Jiwon out of the back seat and into her arms.

Seungmin rang the doorbell, and within a few seconds, the door opened to reveal the 44-year-old woman whom Sungmi referred to as mother.

"Sungmi! Sweetheart!" Mrs Cho hugged her daughter out of joy, minding the baby in her arms of course.

"Hi, mom", Sungmi replied with a chirpy tone.

"Good morning, Ma'am."

"Oh, Seungmin. How lovely it is to see you", she hugged him too, "Please, come in, dear."
