It's been a few weeks since Chan told the world about his current relationship status. Heck, he even had to do a whole interview for this with Jeongin on the most popular show in South Korea.
Everything was going great on everyone's side.
Today was a Monday. A whole freaking Monday and honey, no body was willing to go to work but they all knew they had to.
Right now, Chan was in his office just going through a bunch of documents that needed his signature.
Then there was a knock on his door.
"Enter."
A smiling male figure entered the office with a file in his hand.
"Hey, love", Chan automatically smiled.
"Hey", Jeongin smiled back. "I just finished up on file C25."
"Great", Chan took hold of the file and placed aside with the other files Hwayoung would go through later on. "Come here", he pat on his lap.
"B-But we're at work", Jeongin said in disbelief.
"Just come on. Please." The fact that Chan had the most innocent look on his face would make you wonder a lot of things.
Jeongin slowly complied as he walked around the table and stood next to Chan before he was gently pulled into his lap.
Chan wrapped his arms right around his waist. "I wish I could have you here with me every second." He slowly placed kisses on his neck.
"But you can't because we're in the office."
"But we're in MY office so I can do whatever I want. And since you're the boss's boyfriend I'm giving you free will to do anything you want."
"This isn't fair", Jeongin pouted.
"How is it not fair?"
"You're giving me special treatment. I'm an employee too, so I should be treated just like the rest." Jeongin took hold of a file from the table.
"You can do your work as you please, but do it from here. Okie?"
A pouting smile grew on Jeongin's lips.
"Awe, you look like a little fox", Chan complemented.
The smile on Jeongin's face began to falter until it completely disappeared. He slowly closed the file in his hands as he placed it on the table and forced a gentle smile.
"Innie? What's wrong?" Chan said in concern.
"Nothing's wrong, Channie", Jeongin's eyes twitched slightly.
"Innie. What's wrong?" Chan's voice came out more serious this time.
"No, it's nothing. I'm just...", Jeongin gulped nervously as he looked down, "I-... No one's called me 'Little Fox' in five years..."
It took a second for Chan to realize what he meant. "Oh- Oh! ... I didn't know, I'm sorry."
"No, it's okay. It's not your fault at all. It's fine." Jeongin fiddled with his fingers.
"No, it's not. I'm really sorry, my love. Now I made you sad."
"Channie, just forget it." Jeongin tried pushing the matter aside, but Chan wasn't willing to.
Instead, he wanted to make sure that he could cheer Jeongin up by any means necessary.
So, at that moment, Chan basically dragged his boyfriend out of the office, not caring if all eyes were on them.
