Samuel POV:
Samuel came into the hall of the building, Noah Kahn in his ears. He went upstairs to take a bouquet of flowers for Abby, the flat needed to be cleaned for her visit. Someone was waiting by his door, Narcissa.
He frowned, why was she there? It couldn't be a coincidence.
— Narcissa, what brings you here? He took out his keys and opened the door. Come on in.
— I wanted to talk to you, I thought you'd be back by now.
— I was at work. He put the bouquet of flowers on the table.
She looked at the flat, never having been there. He'd tried to keep his life here and his magical life as separate as possible.
— Tea? Coffee? He offered, nervously.
— Thanks, but no. I heard about Abby and I wanted to talk to you about it.
He tensed, his reaction the one he'd hoped to delay, the still very traditional side of Draco's mother. He had to answer, but the memories came flooding back, the conversations, if you could call them that, with his parents. He took a breath, it wasn't his parent, it was Narcissa, on his side.
— I want to see you happy, she began, sitting down, but, and there it was, he braced himself. Have you thought about the consequences?
One, two, three, calm. He resumed his walk.
— Yes, I've thought about it. I took precautions with the Ministry. Abby reacted very well.
— Samuel, please sit down, you're making me dizzy.
He did so, taking a pencil from the table to relax.
— Are you sure you want to commit to this relationship? You and Abby are very different.
— By her Muggle status, you mean? He replied, drier than he would have liked.
— Yes, we are. The obstacles are very important, I don't want you to suffer.
— Abby and I, we... I'm falling in love with her.
— So soon ?
— Yes ! We are working. Don't you want me to be happy?
— Of course, I do. You're in love now, but....
— The only but was her not knowing I am a wizard ! He raised his voice. Sorry.
— This is not the only one. I don't think you are realist here. This relation is very untraditional.
— And what ?
— The magical word is not keen with muggle— wizard relationship.
— I don't care. Abby is... perfect for me. She make my heart sing! I want to have her next to me, to really know me, everything about me ! he declared.
— You should care. She is not suppose to know magic. Imagine, this is over, you leave Abby with all of this knowledge.
— You want us to be over ?
— No. Please Samuel, thinks clearly for a second. This could be dangerous for you or Abby. You can have any witches.
— I won't something happens to her ! You don't even know her ! Abby see me, all of me. I don't want to be with anyone.
— How can she see you, Narcissa,' he continues, weighing his words, 'if not a few days, she didn't know about magic.
— My entire identity is not being a wizard! I have step up of magic. I have a work, use magic way less. I have heal, mosty. I am me again ! I want to really be with her !
