Tiana had to be restrained with power-dampening cuffs and other restraining straps, because everything else she was phasing through.

Tiana was closing her eyes as she felt pain ripping through her, the baby was coming too early and now, she had never felt pain like this before. "Why aren't they giving her any pain meds?" Jon asked and they rushed down to the lower level.

"Because they don't work on her. She heals too fast. She needs you to calm her down, to convince her that she can do this." Clark stated and then now, Jon was quickly nodding at the words, before Clark was pushing open the doors quickly.

"He is with me." The nurses at the DOD now, even they couldn't do anything against that as Jon was grabbing onto Tiana's hand and she was looking at him.

"Hey, hey I'm here." Jon said quietly and Tiana was gripping his hand, before she was closing her eyes.

"I-I can't. It hurts." She said and he was shaking his head.

"Tiana. You have to do this. You have to push, or else you could both die." Jon said quietly and she was opening her eyes again as her tears continued to flow. "You are one of the strongest people I know, Tiana Allen. I need you to believe it too. You've got a name picked out and everything, remember? You need to remember this, remember us and everybody else." Tiana's hand crackled with electricity and despite how much it hurt, he held onto her hand anyways.

"We're waiting for you. We're waiting for you and this baby, so don't you dare leave us behind now. You always come back, so don't you dare give up now." Jon said and she was gritting her teeth together before she gasped and Clark was taking her hand instead. "I'm right here." He said and Tiana let out a final scream, causing lightning to crackle through the entire building, and when she collapsed, the screaming was gone and finished.

There was another sound that suddenly filled the air. A baby's first cry and Tiana was exhausted, it was clear. But her eyes lit up when she heard the baby.

"Congratulations, Tiana. You've got a beautiful baby girl." One of the nurses said and Tiana gasped at the words, before she was looking at the baby. "I have never seen a baby born so small, but seemed so healthy. You can hold her, if you'd like..."

"Please." Tiana said softly and swiftly, the restraints were being taken away and she was holding her arms out for the baby girl and then, she was holding her very carefully. "Hi there, my little one." She whispered.

"She... She is beautiful." Clark was murmuring quietly and he was stepping back, just so that Jon could see the little baby girl as well. "Do you guys have a name picked out, yet?"

"When can we bring her home?" Jon questioned and then the nurses were looking at them, before the entire team of nurses were just shaking their heads. "Does that mean that we could just go home now?"

"Considering that your biological makeup is that of a speedster with super quick healing, recovery time and considering that you have healed from serious wounds in less than a day... Even after having most of your energy sucked out of you by Ally Allston, I would say that you'd be just fine." One of the nurses spoke up and Tiana smiled, before she was nodding. "Are you going to name her now?" She asked and Tiana silently was glancing over at Jon, who nodded slightly.

"Clear the room please." Tiana said very clearly and nearly all of the nurses left the room, leaving Sam Lane and just one of the nurses to stay behind. "Meet your great granddaughter, General Lane." She said and he was looking down at the baby, who wailed when he tried to take her from Tiana and she was cradling the baby carefully.

"Liliana Cameron Kent." Tiana said and she was looking over at Jon with lifted eyebrows waiting for his silent approval. Jon nodded slightly in agreement and Tiana sighed with relief, before she glanced at the nurse as she was waiting for them to sign it. "Hey, J. You first." At the words, Jon was picking up the pen and he was signing it quickly.

Tiana carefully placed the baby into Jon's arms, before she was signing it and taking the little one back. "Hello, Liliana." She murmured softly and Jon was moving his arms around her as well, with all three of them were together like a little family.

Clark had flown all three of them back and Tiana was still a little bit unsteady, but she could walk and still, she was refusing to let go of Liliana.

Luckily, they had already put a crib into Jon's room even if they hadn't expected it to come this early and it was fully built and ready to go. "She's hungry." Tiana said as Liliana began to wail. "Right. Good thing I looked this up earlier." She said as she was picking up the baby, who had a hell of a set of lungs on her and Tiana sighed.

Jon was closing the door in between them and the rest of the house, before Liliana was already latched on and Tiana was sitting down on the bed. "Does it hurt?" Jon asked hesitantly and Tiana glanced over at him quickly, before she shook her head.

"No. It doesn't hurt. Not anymore." Tiana murmured quietly and Jon walked over to her, before he sat down next to her and she was looking at the baby in her arms. "Did I burn you?" She asked and she noticed that he was holding his hand against his side. "I did, didn't I?"

"It wasn't your fault. You were in pain, you weren't in full control of your abilities, and you tried to defend yourself from pain. It wasn't your fault." Jon said quietly and Tiana closed her eyes briefly at the words and Jon brushed her hair out of her eyes. "I know that you didn't mean it."

"Doesn't change the fact that I hurt you. If it's intentional or not, it doesn't matter. I'm sorry, either way." Tiana mumbled and he moved his arm around her and then together, they were silently watching the baby feed.

"I think my mom's home." Jon said quietly, hours later now and Tiana was just about to try and get their daughter to bed for the first time, but when she heard that Lois was home, she walked down the stairs with Liliana in her arms.

Lois's jaw dropped at the sight of the baby girl and Tiana was looking at her. "Could've used your help." Tiana said bluntly, not forgiving the fact that Lois hadn't gone to her chemo appointment and that she had just gone off after a lead instead and she was walking into the kitchen.

"Lois Lane, please meet your granddaughter. Liliana Cameron Kent." She said and Lois smiled softly at the sight of the baby. "I just wished that you had been there to meet her for the first time." Lois looked wounded at the words and Clark sighed as he carefully took the baby from Tiana, who needed water and food after the long day that she had just gone through.
