Tiana looked over at all of the empty IV bags, of which they were quite a lot before she was glancing over to her right and she could see that Cameron was unconscious, in the bed next to her. "Cam." She whispered quietly and he was briefly blinking at the words. "Cameron, hey." She said and with difficulty, she was reaching out until their hands were tightly clasped together.

"You... You saved my life." Cameron whispered as he carefully and cautiously turned his head around to look at her and she was watching him, her eyes briefly flashing with lightning at the sight of him still being okay and alive. "Thanks." He said and she nodded.

"Why didn't you come and talk to me? I saw you, when you left to follow the ELT." Cameron groaned at the words and Tiana stared at him. "What? What's wrong with you, Cameron? You have never had this problem with a question before, so what's the deal?"

"Can we talk about this later?" Cameron mumbled and Tiana smacked him on the arm. "Ow, what the hell is wrong with you?!" He asked as she hit him on the arm again, this time with her fist and he could actually feel the pain that vibrated through him. "Ow..."

"You almost died, Cameron." Tiana said with a flash of fury in her eyes. "You almost died. If it hadn't been for Natalie, John Henry and I, you would have. No, we cannot talk about this later. We are going to talk about this now, before you have the chance to run away from me yet again!" She snapped loudly and then Cameron glanced over at the machine quickly, that was hooked up to her, that was registering her heartbeat and he looked back at her with a new understanding that dawned in his eyes.

"You were... You were worried about me." He recognized and she nodded, before he was lowering his head and thinking about how he was going to proceed now, since Tiana would clearly not be letting this go without a fight.

"If you even think about running away before answering my question--"

"I'm thinking!" Cameron immediately protested and Tiana looked confused. "Okay, look. Tiana... About what I said to you the other day, it was inappropriate for us to talk about your brother and repeat some of the stuff I did." Tiana looked even more confused as her eyebrows drew together.

"But, I wasn't--" Tiana began.

"For me." Cameron added quickly, just before Tiana could interrupt him again. "I felt that from my side it was inappropriate. Both as a legal adult and your landlord on top of it just to talk about the stuff like that. It may not have been uncomfortable for you, but for me it was."

"Can I ask why?" Tiana questioned and Cameron glanced at her with confusion in his eyes. "I mean, why is it uncomfortable for you to talk about things like that with me?" She clarified and he went silent, watching her and waiting for her to figure it out herself.

Eventually after a few minutes of him silently watching her and waiting for her to connect the dogs about what he meant, Tiana quietly sighed at the understanding that was suddenly hitting her like a freight train. "It's because of Trevor, isn't it?"

"That'll be twenty points to the Scarlet Speedster." Cameron said and Tiana nodded. "And also because I'm an adult and you are a teenager." He added after the fact and he was looking around quickly. "Is Clark awake yet?" Cameron asked and Tiana sighed.

"I'll go and check." Tiana swiftly unplugged herself from the machine, causing it to beep loudly and she was gone in a flash. She returned and she was looking at him. "He's awake..."

"What are you doing up and running about, young lady?" One of the many nurses from the DOD was asking and Tiana rolled her eyes at her.
