Part 64.

Anika coughs and alerts Shivaay since his mind is elsewhere.

"You...what are you doing here?" Shivaay asked confused.

"Have you forgotten...or should I remind you....that am Mr Vikram's  P.a," Anika replied.

"So...why are you here... shouldn't you be keep him company as you were in this office...that was REALLY professional of you," Shivaay replied sarcastically.

"So...it means you were watching us....how embarrassing....Vikram couldn't wait until evening," Anika replied.

"So...are you guys official?" Shivaay asked curiously.

"Huh??" Anika asked confused.

"What I mean to say are you guys a couple now?" Shivaay asked curiously.

"Wow....someone is sure interested in my personal life....tell me why.....is it because someone is jealous ?" Anika asked teasingly.

"No...why would I be.... anyways tell me what you have to say...I have not all day," Shivaay replied.

"Well....Vicky.....," Anika replied interrupted by him.

"Who the hell is Vicky??!!" Shivaay asked confused.

"Vikram...that's the name I call him... isn't it cute?" Anika explained.

"Sure.... anyways tell me...we have wasted nearly 10 minutes," Shivaay replied.

"He called me here to send for you," Anika replied.

Shivaay then stood up and left.

"Shivaay....how much you try to deny you don't care for me...deep inside you do.....and with this hope I have....I will sure you how much you mean to me and that we are perfect for each other," Anika thought.

She also left.

Later on.

"Mr Oberoi....what do you think of this?" Vikram asked.

Shivaay was lost in thoughts thinking about Anika and Vikram in the office.

"Mr Oberoi??!!" Vikram shouted.

"Yes....sorry Vikram...will you please repeat whatever you were talking about," Shivaay apologized.

"Shivaay....I have noticed...ever since you  walked in....a lot has been in your mind.....I know you were the conservative type...but if you want....we can talk about," Vikram replied.

"Actually.....sorry for prying into your personal life...but are you and.........?" Shivaay asked but remembered what he promised himself forward ever backward never.

"Go on Shivaay am listening," Vikram replied.

"It's nothing let it be...I'll just go to my cabin and take  a look at the decor you have picked if you excuse me," Shivaay replied taking the documents with him.

He left.

"Shivaay...what on earth were you thinking....Anika is your past...you are now engaged to Ragini...she is soon going to be your wife.... moreover I have to focus on what brought me here and that's business," Shivaay thought.

"So....how is it going with you and Shivaay over there?" Gauri asked.

( Anirivya were on a video call).

"Actually...it was abit rocky at the start....but I figured...he was only pretending.... anyways.....his coming....I should hang up," Anika replied hanging up.

Shivika share an eye lock...but later Shivaay stopped looking at her and went in the office.

Later on.

Micro seconds to seconds to minutes to hours....then it was lunch time.

Cafeteria.
The staff.... employees went for lunch.....and so did Anika and her friends ( she made new friends over the way).

They grabbed their tray after being served by the lunch lady.

Anika was walking with her new friends when she saw Shivaay all alone.

She told her friends to go on and decided to sit next to Shivaay.

She pulled the chair and sat down with Shivaay starting to get frustrated.

"Don't glare me like that....after all this is my hubby's company....I can eat anywhere I want and please," Anika replied.

"Then....how about is...why don't you go and eat with him right now?" Shivaay replied.

"Well... actually....you know...well his a business man....his business with an important meeting...so that's why," Anika replied.

"Anyways...what are you having?" Shivaay asked.

"Spinach Ratoutille with Asparagus salad," Shivaay replied.

"Since...when do you eat this?" Anika asked.

"After you left....I mean change is good...we all need change sometimes," Shivaay replied.

"Ooh I see," Anika replied.

"How about you...let me guess you ordered aloo puri and paratha dipped in butter," Shivaay replied.

"You still remember?" Anika asked hopeful.

"No....you opened it....I can clear see it," Shivaay replied.

"Anyways....looks like am done....you bon appetit," Shivaay replied leaving.

He left.

Meanwhile.
Oberoi Industries.
Receptionist desk.
"Hey Mishra," Ragini greeted.

"Ooh hey ma'am how may I be of service to you?" Mishra asked.

"Actually....I was wondering if you could call Shivaay...I made the both of us lunch and I wanted us to eat together," Ragini replied.

"How so sweet ma'am but am afraid he isn't in,"Mishra replied.

"But...I spoke to him and he told me... he'll be back before lunch time," Ragini replied.

"Well...he called me saying.....he won't be back until tomorrow," Mishra replied.

"Ooh I see thank you," Ragini replied walking out.

"Why do I feel...I feel something isn't right....but what couldn't be right....Anika and Bani are out of Shivaay's life....then why do I feel this way....I won't feel at ease until I find out," Ragini thought.

Ragini went to Mishra.

"Hey Mishra," Ragini called.

"Yes ma'am," Mishra replied.

"You can have this....( Gives her the packet of food)....bon appetit," Ragini replied.

"Merci ma'am," Mishra replied with Ragini already leaving.

"Looks like today I won't spending money for lunch...thank heavens....come to mama...my pretties ( food)," Mishra said to herself.
