Meeting Hayes

Chapter 20

3 months later

Ally's POV

It's now half way through March.

Hayes and I are still together , we go on dates and just enjoy each others presence. Our five month is coming up soon. Which I'm pretty excited for(:

Right now it's Thursday and I'm at Hayes' house doing homework.

"Ugh why don't I get this!" He said frustrated.

"Here let me help."

"No it's fine-" I put my hand over the one he was writing with. He took a deep breath and sighed. He nodded.

"Okay, first you have to simplify that, then factor this, then set them equal to 0." I told him.

"So you should get... 6 because time can't be a negative number."

"Why are you so good at this?" He asked me.

"My math teacher at my old school was really good and always taught us ahead, so we learned a lot of algebra in 8th grade." I told him.

"That makes sense. Thank you princess" he said. I still get butterflies when he says that.

"Since we finished our homework wanna watch some t.v?" He asked. I nodded. I went into his bed and he went to get some snacks. Once he came back I asked him sweetly

"Hayes, can we watch SpongeBob?"

"Sure, I wanna watch it too." he said and laughed.

"See, two great minds think alike." I said and smiled.

On a commercial, he muted the t.v.

"Ally, I have to tell you something." He said in a worried tone.

"Okay, is something wrong?"

"We'll sort of. So I have this tour coming up-"

"The DigiTour one right?" I asked

"Yeah, well I leave for it soon."

"How soon and for how long?" I asked. This can't be good.

"Saturday, for 28 days." he mumbled. I was shocked and worried, but I didn't want him knowing that.

"So I won't see you at all for 28 days." I stated. I'm already planning something.... He shook his head.

"Why are you worried?" He asked. What?

"Ally, I know I've only known you for 6 months but I can tell what your feeling." he said.

"Well, I'm just gonna miss you." I said.

"That's not why, come on, tell me." he said.

"What if something happens? You are going to be on tour, meeting a lot of pretty girls and I'm just gonna be home, or at my competition but there's nobody there. I know this is crazy but what if-"

"I know what you're gonna say, and it won't. I have one girl in my life and that's enough for me. I would never do anything to hurt you. I promise." he said.

"Okay, but I am gonna miss you like crazy." I said.

"I'm gonna miss you more" he said and hugged me.

(The Next Morning)

I woke up and realized it was Friday, but that means one less day I have with Hayes. I sighed and rolled out of bed. I went into the bathroom and did my usual routine, then got changed. I walked into the kitchen and saw Riley there.

"Morning sis, why the sad face?" She asked while I got some chocolate milk out. I wasn't hungry. I sat down at the table where she was.

"Hayes told me he's going on tour, for 28 days. And the best news is that he leaves tomorrow." I said quietly.
