Meeting Hayes

Chapter 12

Ally's POV

I woke up and checked the clock. 10 A.M. I rolled out of bed and went into the bathroom. When I came out I got a text from Hayes.

From:Hayes😍😍💗

Good morning gurlll happy thanksgiving, my mom said you can all come over around 3, is that okay?

To: Hayes😍😍💗

Good morning boiiii haha thanks happy thanksgiving yeah sure I'll tell my mom😊

From: Hayes😍😍💗

Okay great☺️ see you then, I have to help my mom cook😁

To: Hayes😍😍💗

Hahaha okay have fun and don't burn the house down😂

I walked into the kitchen and my mom, surprisingly, was making eggs, while Riley toast.

"Good morning my beautiful family, happy thanksgiving!" I said.

"Good morning, and happy thanksgiving to you too." my mom said. Riley said the same.

"Okay so we have to be at the Griers house at 3." I said

"Okay, sounds good." my mom said.

We then all sat down to eat Breakfast. After that I went into my room. I decided that I want to watch YouTube videos. I can't remember the last time I watched them. I watched the one of Hayes and I. He's literally the best friend I always wanted. I'm so glad he came here!

After a few hours of watching YouTube videos I looked at the clock and it said 2. Crap I have to get ready! I took a quick shower and blow dried my hair. I then quickly straightened it and ran into my room. I decided on a black skater skirt with a light blue button down. I put on a pair of black socks and put my converse on. I went back into the bathroom and put on a little make-up. By the time I was all done I it was 5 minutes till 3. My whole family was ready, I think we all look good. My grandparents all came over and we walked over.

We all walked in, Riley and I first. I walked into the living room and saw Hayes, Nash, Skylnn, Skylnns dad, and a few older people I have no clue who they are. Hayes saw me and his eyes lit up. He walked over to me and looked at me.

"Wow Ally, you look beautiful as always." he said. I smiled. I looked at him and he was wearing black kakis with a Blue button down. Why does this always happen?

"Thank you, You look great too Hayes, oh and Happy Thanksgiving." I smiled. I hugged him.

"Oh Hayes, these are my grandparents, Carl, Jackie, and Hank. this is Hayes." I said and smiled.

"It's a pleasure to meet you all." hayes said.

"Wow we have heard so much about you! Thank you for inviting us over, we appreciate it." my grandma said.

"Oh your welcome." he smiled.

"Ally, these are my grandparents (A/N I don't know his grandparents names so I'm making them up😁😁 sowwy) Fred, Stephine, and Felicia. Everyone, this is Allly." Hayes spoke.

"Wow she's just as pretty as you described Hayes! She's a keeper!" His grandpa spoke. I blushed.

"Everyone! Dinner is ready!" I heard Elizabeth speak. We all walked into the dining room. It looked great. I looked closer at the table and It had name tags above each set of plates. I finally found mine and it was next to Hayes and skylnn. Next to her was Nash, then Riley, my mom, dad, grandparents, his grandparents, Skylnns dad, and Elizabeth next to Hayes.

"Okay so we normally go around the table before we eat and say one thing we are thankful for. I will start, then we will go around and Hayes will be last. okay, I'm thankful for my family and new friends." she smiled. We kept going around and it was all pretty much the same thing, family. Until it was my turn.

"Well, im obviously thankful for my family, but I'm mainly thankful for Hayes, because he's my best friend and actually deals with this." I laughed. Everyone laughed along.

"Okay, well I'm thankful for my family, and Ally because she treats me like a normal human being." he said. I smiled.

"Okay, let's eat! I'm hungry!" Skylnn spoke. We all laughed and began eating.

After we ate we all sat in the living room and talked. then the football game came on. Hayes smiled a big toothy smile and I laughed.

"Okay so now I teach you everything and anything about football. Pay attention!" He said. I laughed and nodded.

This was probably the best Thanksgiving ever.
