Meeting Hayes

Chapter 19

Ally's POV

It is finally New Years Eve! I have been waiting for this day ever since Christmas ended! I just really want to start the new year right, and who knows, maybe something good will actually happen this year.

"Ally, ready to go?" Hayes asked me. I nodded. We were going to a party at Jakes house. He invited a ton of people, my sister and a few of her friends included.

I walked out of my room and walked to Riley's room.

"Let go!" I said excitedly. We walked outside into Elizabeth's car, where Hayes met us.

"Okay just call if you need a pick up, and please stay safe." She told us. I love the way she always makes sure we're all safe and is there for us if we need it.

"We will mom don't worry." Hayes said and smiled.  She nodded and we all got out of the car. You could hear music playing from inside the house.

"Ally! Hayes! Glad you could make it!" Jake said and hugged us both. I didn't realize how big his house really is. Riley had already went to find her friends.

"So we have the whole house to ourselves, my mom and dad went to a party and my siblings went over to friends house." He said. I just nodded.

"Ally!" I heard someone scream. Out of the corner of my eye I saw someone running towards me. I quickly turned and caught them.

"Hey Anna! How are you?" I asked her. She smiled.

"Great! How was your Christmas?" She asked as her and I started walking to the living room. Hayes left with Jake and some other people.

"Good! I spent a lot of time with my family." I said and smiled.

"Hey Ally!" A few people said as we sat down on the couches. I smiled and said hello to them too.

"How many people are gonna be here?" I asked Anna. She shrugged.

"Probably about 30." I just nodded.

"When's Kara getting here?"

"Did someone say my name?!" She yelled behind me. I jumped a little, not knowing she was literally behind me.

"Well I guess she's here." Anna laughed. We laughed along. We all hugged and sat on the couch.

The house kept filling up with people, and it ended up being about 30. Just then, the door bell rang.

Jake went over and got the door. I just kept talking to Hayes, Adam, Kara and Anna. Hayes looked behind me and groaned. I turned around to see none other then The devil herself.

"Hey guys!" She said and gave us a fake smile from that caked face of hers.

"Oh my god Grace! How are you?" I said and gave her a hug. I'm just going to catch her off guard and pretend it never affected me. She stood there for a second in shock and hugged me back.

"I'm good, how about yourself?" She said. I could tell she was really confused, but I smiled anyway.

"I'm fantastic." I said and turned to my friends. They probably thought I was crazy, but Hayes's face was probably the best. His jaw was basically on the floor. Soon, it changed into gritted teeth. Sorry Hayes, I gotta kill her with kindness. *insert evil face emoji* I walked over to him and grabbed his hand. He seemed to relax a little.

"Let's go dance?" He just nodded.

"Guys only 1 minute till the ball drops!" I heard Adam yell after about an hour. We all cheered. We had it on his big flat screen t.v in the living room. Everybody was in here now.

I was standing with my friends again. Hayes was to my right, and Anna was to my right. I could see Riley with her friends from across the room.

"10!" Everyone shouted.

"9!"

"8!"

"7!"

"6!"

"5!" Here comes the new year

"4!" Hopefully this year will be the best.

"3!" I felt someone tap on my shoulder.

"2!" I turned to look at Hayes

"1!" His lips crashed with mine. I was completely shocked but kissed back and wrapped my arms around his neck. I lowkey had no idea what I was doing.

"Happy New Year!" Everyone yelled but I was too busy  getting butterflies in my stomach.

"Oh my god! They finally did it!" I heard someone yell.

Sorry this is short but I feel bad that I haven't updated in forever!! But I've been super busy. Oh my god but y'all wouldn't believe what happened to me two weeks ago.... I went to see Digitour slaybells Ice and I met all of those boys (so 5quad, Dyllan Murray, Jonah, but sadly not Dylan Dauzat which I was super pissed about but whatever) and queen Rebecca black. Then the next day I went to kiss miss bash and I MET SHAWN FREAKING MENDES!! Like, my friend is a freaking legend because he got me to meet him agh it was amazing
