Although olivia, elliot and the doctors had tried thier best things didn't get any better and within another month as olivia was at the hospital alone with Eden her machines began going off as olivia awoke to the alarms of the machines and yelled for a nurse "help her please! Don't let my baby die!"

Nurses and the doctor flooded in the room and one nurse pulled olivia out so they could work and olivia watched from a window in the hall as she cried and quickly called Elliot to let him know what was happening.

Elliot had hung up with olivia and called amanda quickly and asked her to come watch Emily.

Amanda arrived moments later and seen elliot in tears. She had known elliot now for a couple years and had never seen him cry like this. "What's going on?"

"No one is sure yet but....I think we're about to lose her amanda....how do I handle this? How do I help olivia and Emmy through this?" He asked in tears as amanda hugged him.

"You have to be there for each other. And me and fin we will be here for anything I promise" she continued holding back her own tears.

He hugged her but didn't say another word as he left heading for the hospital.

Olivia had been moved to a small waiting room now since the doctor and nurses had rushed off with Eden. She was sitting with her face in her hands crying as elliot showed up.

Elliot walked right over to her and knelt down hugging her "Where's Eden?" He asked trying to stay strong for olivia and Eden.

Olivia shook her head crying harder.

"Liv is she....is she gone?" He asked cautiously.

"N..no they took her to the OR." she said "I fell asleep...I was just so tired and....I woke to the machines going off...if...if I hadn't fallen asleep..."

Elliot shook his head then pressed his forhead gently to hers and said "no liv this isn't your fault baby" he whispered and just held her there for a few moments.

A while later the doctor finally emerged and walked over to them.

Olivia sat up strait and squeezed elliots hand "how is she?" Olivia asked.

Dr. Hanson sighed "I'm afraid she has slipped in to a coma after major seizure." He said.

"But she'll come out of it right?" Olivia asked frantically.

He looked at the couple then back down "I'm afraid...we don't think so. We will keep her under observation for a few days but if we don't see changes....I'm afraid there will be some hard choices to be made Ms. Benson."

Olivia shook her head "no....no please I can't lose edie i...I just can't." She cried leaning in to elliots shoulder who was now letting some of his own tears fall now.

"Can we see her?" Elliot asked in a low tone.

Dr. Hanson took them to Edens new room in the icu. Olivia sat on one side of the bed and kept a hold of one of Edens little hands stroking the top of it.

Elliot stood behind olivia and gently rubbed her shoulders trying to keep her calm and himself.

"My baby is going to leave me elliot...why did this have to happen? Why to my daughter?" She whimpered.

Elliot kissed the top of her head. "I'm sorry baby I wish I could make all this go away and be a family again" he said holding back his emotions.
