Me, Eden and Emily (a Bensler fanfic)

Olivia woke to her daughters bouncing around on the bed at 730 the next morning "mama. Mama." They repeated until olivia opened her eyes and she smiled tiredly at their sweet faces "ok ok munchkins, I'm up" she yawned.

Emily patted her mothers cheeks and said "hungry mama."

"Ok, let's get you two twinnies dressed and then we can find somewhere for breakfast ok." Olivia said as she sat up. She quickly dressed in jeans and a tshirt with sneakers and got the girls in to match overalls and pink shirts and she pinned their curly dark blonde hair into high ponytails

One thing Olivia knew was her daughters had taken more after Ben then herself. They had some of olivia facial futures but they had dark blonde hair and blueish green eyes like their father. But she was at least glad that in personality that matched her more or at least what she used to be before Ben.

After they were all ready she put her 2 year Olds in to the double stroller she was thankful she remembered to bring, and strapped them in and left the room of the motel. Shedecided the street was too busy to drive so they walked a few blocks to a diner her and elliot used to eat when they were teenagers and she got them both scrambled eggs and sausage and got herself an egg sandwich with bacon.

After breakfast she took her daughters for a walk through central park and stopped at a play area and let them out of the stroller to play as she watched closely from a bench.

As she sat watching the girls a woman came and sat beside her and then she heard the woman speak in a very familiar voice, a voice she never wanted to hear. "I didn't know you were back. He finally realize he was too good for you?" Serena spat.

Olivia looked over seeing the face of her mother "like I'd tell you I was here." She glared "stay away from me Serena." She hissed and stood and went and got her girls putting them back in to the stroller.

Serena looked at the girls and smirked "at least they don't look like you." She said and stood about to speak and touch the girls and olivia stood in the way.

"Stay away from me and my daughters I mean it Serena!" She exclaimed before rushing away with the girls back towards the motel.

A few hours later she met elliot down in the lobby of the motel and he smiled "hey you guys ready for lunch?"

Olivia half smiled and nodded pushing her girls in the stroller "thank you for this El." She said pushing some hair behind her ear.

Elliot drove them to a restaurant with a play area for the kids and they sat in a table near the play area as they waited for thier food and the girls played.

Elliot couldn't take his eyes off olivia. "You know your even more beautiful now then you were in high school." He said as he seen olivia blush slightly. He then gently said "Liv who gave you those bruises?"

"El...i...I'd rather not talk about it." She said looking down at her hands and she fumbled her fingers.

"It was that guy you left with wasn't it? He's thier father and he hurt you didn't he?" Elliot continued as he put a hand over hers and stroked her knuckles.

She still refused to talk about it and tried to change the subject by asking "so um...what have you been up to all these years?"

He sighed but said "I started dating and got my girlfriend pregnant. We got married and were together for a couple years but separated. I get my daughter every other weekend."

She half smiled "what's her name?" She asked softly.

"Maureen. She's 4 years old" he said and pulled a picture from his wallet and showed her a picture of him and Maureen.

She smiled and touched the picture "thank God she didn't get your ugly mug" she teased.

"Haha so funny liv" he rolled his eyes with a smile. "But yes she looks alot like her mother." He admitted "so listen I know you said you were looking for a place and my apartment is too big for just me. It's 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and you and the girls can stay with me until you can get settled and decide what you want to do."

"El...I can't impose on you like that" she said shaking her head.

He lifted her chin to look at him and said "you are not imposing. I want to help, so let me please." He said.

Olivia hesitated but finally agreed as the girls came running back to the table giggling and olivia looked at them "what are you munchkins laughing about?"

"Fun mama" Eden said as olivia helped her in to a seat and elliot helped Emily.

The food was delivered soon after and the 4 ate together talking and laughing and olivia felt truly happy for the first time in a long time.
