The swat team and the 2 cooperating police forces enter the cabin quickly. Soon all guns are pointed at ben. Ben jumped and glared "God damn it!" It was clear by a few packed bags that Ben had been planning to move himself and olivia. Olivia however was unconscious and beaten on the floor bleeding in several places. As a few of the police placed Ben under arrest elliot ran to olivia and yelled "get paramedics in here now!" He stroked Olivia's hair "come on liv babe wake up." He pleaded as the paramedics rushed in and began moving him out of the way with help from fin and the captain. "Come on elliot you got to let them do thier job." The captain said.

As the paramedics got her on a gurney they rushed her towards the ambulance and elliot got in with them not letting olivia out of his sight as the last thing he heard on scene was Ben yelling "she belongs to me and I'll always find her!"

Olivia was rushed to the same hospital as Emily was still being held in. They rushed olivia back but made elliot stay in the waiting room. Amanda seen elliot and walked over to him. "You got her?"

Elliot sighed "yeah...but there was so much blood amanda....I don't know if we got there in time." He admitted as his mind was swimming but he said "Emily how is she?" He asked.

"Scared, malnourished but about as well as can be expected." Amanda replied.

"Her and Emily have been through so much...first abuse by Ben then losing eden to brain cancer and now being kidnapped and tormented...I just want to make this all go away for them." He continued putting his face in his hands.

Amanda touched his back gently "hey liv and em are very strong they will pull through this."

"I don't know amanda she barely came through the loss of Eden." He hesitantly said.

Amanda squeezed his shoulder. "Just be there for her and Emily. That's all you can do right now."

He nodded "can you take me to ems room?" He asked her.

Amanda nodded and lead him to the room Emily was being treated in.

Emily's face lit up when she seen elliot "daddy!" She reached for him.

He came over to her and hugged her. "Hey beautiful. I missed you so much." He half smiled.

"I was so scared daddy....he hurt mommy and when mommy made me run I heard her screaming but mommy said not to stop...but I got so tired." She said as tears were streaming down her cheek.

"Hey...hey sweetheart it's gonna be ok and you did the right thing and was so brave." He said.

"Is mommy ok?" She asked.

"You know what I think she will be but right now you rest and I promise I'll take you to see her as soon as I can ok." He said kissing her cheek "rest now."

Emily nodded and soon fell asleep. Elliot watched her sleep hopeing olivia would be ok.
