Me, Eden and Emily (a Bensler fanfic)

Elliot had tried to call olivia 3 times that day but when he didn't get a reply back and she didn't answer he became worried and told the captain he was going to check on her and Emily at home.

As he arrived he seen her car was gone along with hers and Emily's coats. Olivia's purse was also gone but Emily's little stuffed dog purse was laying on the floor by the coat rack and it gave him a bad feeling.

While Elliot was checking the rest of the house cragen called him and said "Elliot I just got word from the parole offices that Ben was released on parole yesterday and has not checked in with his parole officer today."

"Damn it. Liv and em aren't at home. Livs car is gone and her purse with hers and Emily's coats but Emily's little purse was laying on the floor by the coat rack. I called 3 times earlier with no answer or response and I just tried to call 2 more times still with no answer. Cap I think he has them." Elliot said in a panicked tone.

"Ok Elliot don't touch anything else me and the squad will be there soon. We will find them." The captain replied before hanging up.

Ben had driven them out to a cabin in the woods owned by his deceased uncles wife. He shoved them inside and grabbed Emily's arm dragging her to a small room that looked like a little girl had lived there before and he said "you stay in here and you be quiet or I'll hurt your mommy. You understand?" He said gruffly.

Emily had been crying and now whimpered as she nodded. "Please don't hurt my mama." She whimpered out as Ben slammed and locked the door from the outside.

Ben then made his way to a tied up olivia that he had put on the couch in the livingroom.

Olivia was shaking and said "p..please Ben I'll do what you want just...just let Emily go....please." she pleaded.

He laughed "no no. We are going to be a family now. Plus I know you'll be good with Emily around cause you don't want me to have to turn my anger on her now do you?"

She shook her head as tears escaped down her cheek. Ben grabbed her arm and yanked her up and dragged her to a back bedroom with a large bed. "Now be a good girl and maybe I won't hurt you too bad." He smirked as he unbound her hands and removed her shirt and unwrapped her bra.

Olivia wanted to fight back but she feared for Emily. "Please Ben...please don't." She whimpered.

He gripped her chin and forced her to look at him as he kissed her. "I said be good. Wouldn't want poor Emily to suffer for your defiance." He growled against her neck as he nipped at it.

Olivia gave a shaky nod as he kissed her once more and pushed her on the bed. He climbed over her and ran his hands over her body before forcing her legs apart and slamming in to her.

Olivia let out a loud whimper trying not to be loud to scare Emily.

The captain and squad had showed up with csi and began going over every inch of the house.

Fin walked up to the captain and elliot "we have a bolo out on livs car and we have put out pictures and abduction reports on Emily and olivia." He said.

The captain nodded "find out if Ben or his family owns any property in or around New York. I don't think he will risk taking a flight or train with them which means he's probably driving so he couldn't have gotten too far with them." He replied.

Elliot was still in a panic "we have to find them now. He could kill them."

The captain sighed "we can't think like that. Plus he likes control he doesn't want to kill them and as long as Olivia's alive Emily will be too so he can keep better control of olivia."

Elliot shook his head not believing this could all be happening.
