Rio was just an normal abnormal emo boy. Selena was a stereotypical blond-haired-blue-eyed popular girl. Differences aren't always accepted in society and Rio is simply a difference. So, it came to no surprise that she began to bully him.

Ever since their start of high school, these two knew and despised each other. Selena found her clique immediately, and Rio soon found his. This year after two, their third year, something has changed. Friends, feelings, falling in love, and foes change, and none were an exception here. This includes Rio and Selena. Rio has mostly different friends than the first and second year. The two from his old middle school and a few from second year stayed by his side, the rest were bittersweet until too better to have a grain of sugar for him left, and rudeness commenced. He let them go, they weren't worth him, despite their statements of quite the opposite.

His current friends support him, likely because they don't know of his emotions. Will they leave him if they find out he's truly a softy? He has a resting bitch face, tall and lean, and wears makeup on his eyes cool enough that it distracts others from his nervous eyes. Only Ian, the bestfriend from middle school is ever-knowledgeable to read him, the only friend who he goes to for advice that goes deeper than the surface of "what should I eat?"

Selena's friends support her for the same reason. If only he realized she has no bestfriend like that, no one to talk to for deeper than surface level, if only she hadn't engrossed herself in the opinions of her arrogant family enough to turn into them. Then, they could've even been friends. Selena's friends have known her since middle school, but for reasons meaningless and miscellaneous of nails and friends of friends of friends. She has no one.

This fateful day, it was her choice who she confided in that surprised only her and him, for no others were there. But it happened, and we know, so we'll tell you.

Hehe, introoooo. This and the first chapter are smaller.
