Chapter 6: This is Really Warm

I walked out on Selena. My crush... What the fuck, what was I thinking... I can't go back now. I'll see her on Monday... Or... No... I have to return her hoodie... Fuck. This hoodie smells like her, and it matches my style. I'm keeping it... I'm laying down on my bed, inhaling the hoodie... Fuck... I'm gonna get addicted to her scent... It smells good... Her perfume mixed with her own chemicals to make it smell better... Sweet, like pine tree sap... I still have that date to go on with Mory, will this last until then? I mean, wanting someone else's scent and someone else's hoodie isn't really acceptable on a date though...

I don't care... I want Selena... Why'd I walk out on her? Ugh... I'll just... I'll... I'll text her.

Alright, I got permission to go back. Uhm... I'll pack my clothes for tomorrow and for the day after... I'm keeping on what I have now... Especially the hoodie. I got everything... Alright, I'm gonna head back out. Both me and Selena have lenient parents, so after I say I'm sleeping over at a friend's, I walk back to her house. I open her door and walk in, closing it behind me. "Selena-?" I pause as she hugs me tightly.
"Hi..." Why is she hugging me so close-? This is embarrassing... "Don't do it again..." Hm?

"Don't do what?"
"Don't walk out on me again..."
"Of course..." I reluctantly push her off of me. We go up to her room and I was told I can sleep with her on the bed. I agree with a flushed face. Then, I see her perfume shelf... "Which one do use the most?"
"This one... I have 5 of them, actually." She points a weary finger at a perfume that is named "Pine Tree Pines." Makes sense... She has 5, right? When she looks away, I discreetly steal the one she pointed at. I want the hoodie to smell like her...

I arrange the perfumes to make it look like I didn't steal anything, then sit down with her on her bed. "You said you're gonna sleepover... I'm a cuddler..." I blush at her words. No way, does that mean...
"You'll cuddle me too?"
"Yes, and I'm gonna be the big spoon, so don't even try me."
"Alright..." I'm blushing so much... I wanna go to bed early now... "Can we... Go to sleep? I'm- Abnormally tired today."

"Yeah, we can..." She lays down and pats next to her. "C'mere..." I lay down facing her, and I swear she blushed a little. By the way, I've already put the perfume in my bag. "Turn around- And take off my jacket," she pauses, "if you want to, that is..."
"I think I'll keep it on. It matches my style and it's warm." She spoons me from behind. Oh no. This is... "Mmh..."
"Hey, that's the same sound you make when I poke you and stuff... You really are sensitive?" Of course, when it's you.

"Yeah..." She hugs me tighter, almost possessively, but that's probably my delusion...
"Deal with it... I'm a cuddly person. Especially with my bestfriends..." She's really cuddly with me, though- Wait, am I a bestfriend?!
"I'm your bestfriend?"
"Mm... Even though I bully you and stuff, I still view you as someone I would want to confide in about my problems and likewise... Plus, you're very nice, enough to not snitch on me for hurting you..."
"Okay... Th-Thank you..."
"Mhm..." She's putting her face to my neck... I...

"Hah... S-Selena?" She's making me so nervous...
"S-Sorry..."
"N-No... This is... Nice..." Her leg wraps around my legs...
"Ah-" I cannot make that sound... I stop myself, hand over my mouth.
"Rio... Is this nice? Really?" I can feel her burying her face into my neck...
"Are you trying to tease me?"
"And what if I am?" I think I felt her kiss my neck- What is she doing?!
"Selena~ Mmh... What're you doing?" That came out the completely wrong way...
"Teasing you's funny. Let me... Hmh..." Just funny? Well, she has to stop because I'm not good with teasing.
"Stop... Please..." My voice is shaky...

"Oh... Sorry..." She sounds regretful and unwraps her leg from my own legs, but she doesn't move her face from my neck... This is really interesting, it's almost like she's attached to me or something... Obviously, that's not true.
"Selena..."
"No."
"Okay..." I guess she really doesn't want to, then... I can't help but tilt my head so that she can keep her face there. She kisses my neck lightly. "A-Ah- Mmh... Selena..." She stops kissing my neck
"Just teasing... You're cute."
"Don't tell me stuff like that..." My boy hormones are not gonna be nice if she keeps teasing me like this, oh my god...

"Fine." That's it? She's not fighting back? So, she really was just teasing me, huh..? I regret what I said, I don't care about stupid boy hormones... I can't help but mutter under my breath.

"What'd you say? Why've you started cussing so much lately?"
"I just- I felt like it-"
"Again with that... Is it that Mory motherfucker? Is he influencing you?" She holds me tighter and she almost seems a bit jealous... Impossible, it's just my delusions being delusional...

"Speaking of Mory... You like him... Right?" If only she knew that my crush is literally asking who my crush is..!

"Don't lie to me." She's tightening her hold on me, and I can feel her leg preparing to cuff mine again. "You accepted when he asked you on a date." Ohhhh shiit. My crush heard my old crush ask me out and I did accept as if I didn't like her more... "Goddamnit..." She wraps her leg around my legs again, having a tighter grip that tells me she doesn't wanna let go.
"I can't say I won't get feelings for him again... He's an old crush. I will say-"
"An old crush? So you don't have feelings for him right now?"
"Yes..." She hummed, tightening her leg around me and burying her face in my neck once more.
"I'm not moving off of you. Deal with it..." But if you don't get off, I'll have to deal with something else soon...
