Lysandra

The best place they could think of to go, was an alley a few streets down. Aelin's apartment had been sold when she reclaimed her kingdom and now stayed with her whole court in the castle when they came to visit. As soon as they saw they were alone without any prying ears, Lysandra sighed and let out the breath she had been holding.

Lysandra could only see Sam, she kept thinking about how she mourned his death, about how Wesley died because he tried to avenge his death. How everything went to hell the night Sam supposedly died. She lost a lot than night and a lot more in the weeks following. She thought she had healed those wounds, but apparently not. She wanted to run away from this feeling, to turn into a hawk and fly far away, but at the same time, she couldn't stop looking at Sam, she couldn' wrap her mind about him being back.

She was angry at him, but not for her sake, she realised, but for Aelin. Aelin who loved Sam so deeply she spent a year in Endovier for trying to avenge Sam. Lysandra knew that Aelin still felt a bit of guilt over Sam's death, even though Arobynn had aranged everything. She had to tell Aelin, but how could she? She was spiraling, she knew that, but she couldn't stop thinking about all that Sam being here meant. For her, for Aelin, for everyone. Everything she thought she knew, Wesley's death, Arobynn's betrayal, everything was different.

She wasn't sure why she was so bothered, she had missed Sam, he had been her best friend. Her only friend while growing up. After she had Wesly, but that was a different relationship. She felt a hand cupping her jaw and suddenly she was looking up to those turquoise eyes, at Aedion. He made sure she was calm before he was upon Sam.

"Because of you she suffered, because of you she was a slave for the King, because of you my Queen was sent to Endovier. You don't deserve to be here when she still has nightmares of that place. And all because she wanted to avenge you." She could feel Aedion's rage from where she was standing a few feet away, and even though she did think Sam owed them an explanation, he didn't seem to understand what Aedion was talking about.

Letting out a sigh she went over to them. Sam was already red from the lack of breath and even though she was tempted to choke him herself, she put her hand on Aedion's shoulder and asked him to stop. He sometimes got lost to his fae instincts, he was always trying to protect. Aedion scoffed, but let Sam go.

"What the hell are you talking about?" Sam said, with his voice hoarse and out of breath.

"Aelin Ashryver Galathynius, Celeana Sardothien." Aedion was already calmer, but in his voice Lysandra could still hear the suppressed rage. She could also hear the intake of breath of both Sam and his companion.

"You're saying that Celeana is a queen? Please, if she were a queen she wouldn't have let Arobynn treat her like shit, she would have left the first time he made her kill."

"As shocking as it was to fin this out, it is true. Aelin never left Arobynn for fear. At first, she didn't know how to control her magic, and then, magic disappeared. Arobynn wouldn't have let her go, he knew exactly who she was and he knew exactly what to say to make her want to stay, to make her an assassin. When Aelin realized who Arobynn really was, she was already in Endovier." Lysandra answered.

I know it's short, but hope you like it. And yes, Lysandra's pov. Thought it would be interesting and even though it's Sam and Nehemia's story, we never got to know Lysandra's pov on Sam and what happened. So what other povs do you want me to do or do you think I'll do?

Oh and I'm sorry that it might not be written the way she is in the books, but then again, it's a fanfic. All I hope is you like it and don't feel like I'm just making stuff up. :)

As always, thank you for reading all this way.
