Nehemia

She touched her fingers to her lips, barely breathing. She had never been kissed before. She was a princess, she had many suitors, but none would dare touch her, besides there was always a chaperone with them. In the end they all got tired of waiting for her- for her father- to give them permission to pursue something else. Right now with Sam, she felt ecstatic. This kiss had made her realize that she had been feeling was more than just a simple conection with Sam, she had been falling for him. She was feeling like a lovesick idiot, falling in love with a guy before even the first kiss, what a thought.

She opened her mouth, to say what? she didn't know. But Sam beat her to it. "I'm sorry, I've been wanting to do that for weeks." Nehemia was frozen, she still didn't know what to say. "Was I not supposed to do that?" he asked. Sam's face was panicked, he was getting up, probably to leave. Nehemia didn't think, she just grabbed his hand before he could go and said "I just- I really liked it." She could feel herself blushing, as he sat down again.

"Look, I've never... I've never been kissed before. It's not that I didn't like it, is just, well I've never done that before. I liked it, but it's new." Nehemia answered. Sam didn't seem disappointed in her answer, if anything his smile split wider. After, they talked about their experiences in everything. Turned out Sam had kissed a couple of girls before her, but nothing further, and Nehemia had barely had the chance to hold hands with someone without her father frowning upon it. She was his little girl after all., apart from a princess that is.
