  Author's POV

"E-everyone, I'm looking forward to hearing all your stories o-of how fun camp was." The high pitched, hiccuping cry of Mina fell onto Midoriya's ears.

Surrounding her were some other dejected students who had not passed the practical. They had all gathered at the front of the classroom.

"Maybe they'll end up letting you go, there might be a last minute twist or something," Midoriya attempted to comfort his wistful friends.

"Stop Midoriya." Sero rested his hand on Midoriya's shoulder as if to hold him back from patronising the people in front of them, Mina, Kirishima, Denki and Sato. "By saying that out loud, you're just jinxing them."

"They said whoever failed the exams would have to skip camp and live in summer school. We didn't pass the practical, so we're doomed. Don't you get it Midoriya? Or did All Might knock all the brains out of you!" Denki's despair intensified as he shouted at the green haired boy.

"Ease up Kaminari, I'm not sure I'll get to go either. Our team only passed thanks to Mineta, I got knocked out. And since we don't know how they're scoring stuff, I might have flunked." Sero sympathised with the four who failed in front of him.

"At least bring us back some camp souvenirs, please!" begged Denki.

The classroom door slammed open. "Once the bell rings you should be in your seats." Aizawa stood in the doorway, looking at twenty students who were all magically in their seats.

All eyes were on Aizawa, but they flickered to the person who trailed behind him.

Y/n's POV

"She's still here?" Unfortunately.

"I thought she was going to be expelled." I wish that's what happened, that way I wouldn't have to do this.

"Do you think she's going to go crazy again? I don't feel safe with her being here." What's the point of going crazy? What's the point of doing anything?

These were the general whispers that I could hear being exchanged around the class once they realised that I was standing behind Aizawa.

I followed my homeroom teacher in, the one who had escorted me around school. From the car to the nurses office and then to the classroom; Aizawa dragged me all around the building. He really meant it when he said constant supervision. I bet if I needed to go to the bathroom, he'd make Midnight go with me.

"Go sit down," Aizawa directed.

I did as he directed and walked down to the back of the classroom. As I skulked past all of my classmates, I could feel their judgemental glares being sent my way. Why did I choose to sit at the back? I don't want to go through this every time I walk into class.

I looked up and accidentally made eye-contact with Mina. For some reason I tried to offer a weak smile, but she gave a look and turned back to face the front.

I sniffed shakily as I finished my walk of shame. As I set my bag down and sunk into my seat, I noticed that people hadn't dared to turn around and stare again. Maybe sitting at the back wasn't so bad.

"Morning," Aizawa greeted us. "Unfortunately there are a few of you who did not pass your final exams. So when it comes to the training camp in the woods..."

I braced myself for another punishment to suffer through.

"Everyone is going!" declared Aizawa.

Huh?

"Yes!" cheered Mina, Denki, Sato and Kiri. "It's a last minute twist!"

"We really get to go to camp?" asked Kiri happily.
