The sun hung high in the sky as the dynamic six made their way accross the college campus, the air buzzing with the sounds of students chatting, laughing echoing, and the distant clatter of books and bags. Peter walked closely with MJ, their hands brushing together as they chatted with Morgan, Harley , Wade and Ned. It was one of those rare, carefree moments where everything felt perfect – until they heard the unmistakable voice of their tormentor.

"Well, well, look who it is!! The wannabe heroes," Jason sneered, his tone dripping with mockery as he leaned against a wall with Rachel by his side. They had been a constant source of trouble since the first day peter and his friends stepped into the campus, their bullying escalating with each passing week.

Peter clenched his jaw, tention creeping into his shoulder. He tried to ignore them, but it was hard to shake the feeling of unease that always accompanied Jason and Rachel.

"What do you want this time?" Morgan asked, her voice steady but edged with irritation as she squared her shoulders, standing slightly infront of Harley.

"Just wanted to see if you losers finally learned to stick to your own kind," Jason said, stepping closer, his gaze flickering to MJ. "I mean, come on!! What does she see in a guy like you?"

"Don't you have something better to do?" MJ snapped back, her protective instincts kicking in.

"Like what? Being a freak?" Rachel retorted, crossing her arms and smirking as she pushed herself off the wall. "You guys are just a bunch of wannabes playing dress-up while the real world moves on without you."

"Enough of this," Peter said, stepping forward, his voice low and steady. "You really think you can bully us without consequences?"

Jason chuckled darkly. "Consequences? What are you going to do? Cry to your daddy?"

Before peter could respond, Rachel lunged forward, shoving Morgan hard. Morgan stumbled back, barely regaining her balance. "You think you're tough? You're just a spoiled little princess playing at being one of them," Rachel sneered.

"Hey!!" Harley shouted, stepping in front of Morgan, ready to defend her. But before he could react, Jason swung a first at him, connecting with Harley's jaw. The impact knocked Harley off balance, sending him crashing to the ground.

"Harley!!" Peter yelled, adrenaline surging through him as he rushed to his friend's side.

But before he could reach him, Jason aimed another punch, this time at Peter. Peter dodged, his reflexes kicking in, but the punch landed on his side instead, knocking the wind out of him. He staggered back, feeling the burn of pain ignite.

"Back off!!" Wade shouted, stepping up to fray, but Rachel was quick to intervene, pushing him away.

"Let's see how tough you're without your little friends," Rachel taunted, taking a step towards Morgan. "Maybe I should teach you a lesson."

Morgan's eyes widened as she instinctively raised her arms to defend herself, but before she could react, Rachel pushed her hard again, sending her sprawling backward.

"Stop it!!" Peter shouted, his heart racing. Fueled by anger, he launched at Jason, using all his strength to shove him back against the wall.

"Are you really going to fight me?" Jason taunted, but there was a flicker of uncertainty in his eyes, as peter glared at him.

"Yeah, I will," Peter hissed, adrenaline coursing through him. "You think you can push us around because you're too weak to find friends?"

In a swift motion, Jason pushed back, trying to regain control, but Peter was fueled by the pain of seeing his friends hurt. He tackled Jason, both of them hitting the ground in a tangle of limbs.

The scuffle quickly escalated, drawing the attention of other students nearby. Some stopped to watch, others pulling out their phones to record the chaos unfolding before them.

"Peter, no!!" MJ shouted, her voice a mix of concern and urgency.

But Peter was in the zone, grappling with Jason, determined to stand his ground. He delivered a punch to Jason's face, the satisfaction of landing a hit briefly overshadowing the pain radiating from his own injuries.

Rachel rushed in to help Jason, but Harley, recovering from his fall, pulled himself to his feet just in time to intercept her. "You picked the wrong fight, Rachel," he spat, blocking her path.

"Move aside, loser," Rachel growled, pushing Harley hard, but he stood firm.

"Not today," Harley said, determination  etched accross his face.

Morgan, regaining her composure, stood with her fists clenched, ready to back her friends. "You guys need to leave us alone!! You think you're tough, but you're just bullies!!"

Jason glanced around, realising the attention they were attracting. He pushed himself off peter, who was breathing heavily, trying to catch his breath. "This isn't over," Jason spat, wiping blood from his lip. "You'll regret this."

As Jason and Rachel backed away, the crowd began to disperse, whispers of the confrontation rippling through the students.

"Are you guys okay?" Peter asked, turning to his friends worry evident in his voice.

Harley rubbed his jaw, grimacing but managing a nod. "I am fine. Just a bit shocked."

Morgan looked at Rachel and Jason's retreating figures, anger still flaring in her eyes. "They always think they can push us around. I hate them."

"Yeah, but we stood up for ourselves," Peter said, his voice firm despite the lingering pain. "We are not just going to let them walk all over us."

"Right," MJ added, stepping closer to Peter. "We have to stick together. That's what friends are for."

The group exchanged determined glances, a silent promise of solidarity forming between them. As they began to walk away, Peter couldn't shake the feeling that this battle was just one of the many they would face – not just with bullies like Jason and Rachel, but in navigating their new lives as students.

"Let's get out of here," Wade suggested, glancing around to ensure that no one asked was lingering.

"Yeah, we can regroup and figure out what to do next," Peter agreed, putting an arm around Morgan and Harley's shoulders, guiding them away from the scene.

As they walked, Peter felt a sense of pride swell within him. They were more than just a group of friends; they were a family ready to face whatever challenges lay ahead – together.
