The weeks following SJ's heartfelt proposal were a whirlwind of excitement, love, and meticulous planning as he and Karina embarked on the journey of preparing for their wedding. They spent countless evenings discussing the details, envisioning their dream day, and most importantly, creating a guest list that would allow their family and friends to share in their joy.

Sitting in the warmth of Karina's studio apartment one Sunday afternoon, they spread out a large sheet of paper across the dining table. With the sunlight streaming in through the window, illuminating their space, the couple felt energized and ready to dive into the details of the big day.

"Okay, let's start with family," Karina said, her pen poised above the paper. "We should write down everyone we want to invite first."

"Sounds good," SJ replied, leaning back in his chair. "My parents definitely need to be at the top of the list, of course."

Karina jotted down their names quickly, a smile spreading across her face. "I can already picture the excitement on your mom's face! She's going to be thrilled to see you get married."

SJ chuckled. "She's been waiting for this moment ever since I started dating! And your parents? I can't wait to see them again."

"Of course, it's not complete without them," Karina replied, her heart swelling with affection for both her parents and SJ. "They'll be so happy to see us together."

After writing down their immediate families, they turned to Karina's relatives. "What about your extended family?" SJ asked, tapping his fingers on the table.

"I'd like to invite my aunt and uncle, and my cousins too," Karina said, her brow furrowing in concentration. "And definitely my best friend, Eunchae. She's been with me through everything."

"Absolutely, let's add them!" SJ replied enthusiastically, scribbling down the names.

As they compiled the list, they took a moment to reflect on the people who had supported them throughout their relationship. They both had friends who had been with them through thick and thin, cheering them on from the sidelines.

"I think we should invite Pauline, Earl, Andre and Shelvi." SJ suggested, a fond smile creeping onto his face. "They've been great friends and have always believed in us."

"Yes! They'll add such a fun energy to the day." Karina agreed, writing down their names.

Once they finished listing everyone, they took a step back and admired their handiwork. The guest list had grown to include family, friends, and the people who had shaped their journey together.

"Wow, this is going to be quite the celebration!" Karina exclaimed, her excitement palpable.

"Yeah, and it's going to be a little chaotic, but in the best way possible," SJ added, laughing. "But I can't wait to share this day with all of them."

As the list was finalized, they decided it was time to send out invitations and set a date for the rehearsal dinner. They chose a quaint restaurant that had always felt like a second home to them, filled with art and creativity, much like their relationship.

"Let's do it the week before the wedding," Karina suggested. "That will give everyone enough time to RSVP and get excited!"

"Perfect. I'll take care of the arrangements and bookings," SJ replied, feeling a surge of responsibility. He wanted everything to be just right for Karina and their guests.

After a few more discussions and planning sessions, they reached out to their families, inviting them for the rehearsal dinner. The response was overwhelmingly positive, filled with congratulations and excitement from both sides.
