So long!

Zack was asleep but was tossing and turning

"No...stop...it burns...it burns...I can't...I can't breathe...please..."

Then woke up sitting up and almost yelling

"Stop!"

As Zack breathed heavily, he heard someone sigh at the door.

"Wow. Still feeling the burns even after so many years? Geez, and here I thought you would've known how to put burning cream on by then, or at least put yourself in such a way that doesn't hurt you so much."

Wanderer walked over and hummed at Zack, looking directly at him.

"Having nightmares over there?"

Zack ran his hand through his hair as he groaned

"Why are you here?"

Wanderer chuckled.

"I was just passing by your room and heard you screaming, so I came in."

That was a lie. He was already in Zack's room for five minutes, but Zack didn't need to know that information.

"Okay, it was just a nightmare. But can you go now..."

Zack wanted to be alone, he didn't like people seeing him a vulnerable state, even if he knows someone will be understanding about it like lexa, he'd prefer to be alone and deal with it himself.

Wanderer sighed.

"Alright then. See you later."

Wanderer then began walking off.

"Yeah see ya."

Zack then hid under his blanket.

Wanderer then left.

Furina hesitantly went to L's room. Due to the fact she had spent the most time with L, she felt most comfortable with him, even with his...unusual and weird habits.

Furina hummed, wondering if L was still asleep or not being knocking on the door, testing whether or not he was awake.

The door opened with L

"Oh, hello furina. Is there something you need?"

Furina chuckled.

"Ahh, no, nothing much, just...um...well, I was wondering if I could...hang out with you...S-Sorry if I came at a bad time, I just enjoyed your company last time so I came to see if you're available."

L shook his head

"It's quite alright. I was just working on some cases but you're more than welcome to join me."

Furina's smile came brighter. She confidently put her hands on her hips with a proud smile.

"A-Alright then! I, Furina, will then join you!"

L let her in as he sat back down in his chair as he went back to work while Furina sat with him.

"Indulge me, will you? What about me did you find enjoyable? People are often thrown off by my demeanor and monotone voice and how I'm blunt and straight to the point."

He asked, then ate some chocolate pudding.

Furina hummed and looked down.

"Well...I don't exactly know why myself. I suppose I just enjoy your company because...well, you make me feel comfortable. I know it sounds weird, but you make me feel better being around you. I...suppose I like the feeling of knowing I don't have to pretend...and actually not having to pretend, as with you knowing my secret, and in the solitude of this room...it just feels like I don't need to hide anything, and I suppose I enjoy that feeling above all else..."
