"Have you talked to him yet?" Ferran asks as I look up at him, "about what you told us." He adds.

"Oh." I say as I begin shaking my head, "not yet, but I don't think at a party is an appropriate place to do that anyways." I say as he chuckles, leaning against the bar as he's looking out at people.

"I guess you're right, but I think the sooner you get it cleared up the better." He says as I grab a new drink, turning around so I'm looking out at people now too.

"Do you think I'm crazy about it?" I question as I take a sip of my drink before looking up at him.

"Hard to say. I mean you got scared by it for a reason, but I also don't think he meant it poorly like that because he just isn't that type of guy." He explains as I purse my lips.

"I'm just confused." I mumble as he wraps an arm around my shoulder.

"I can tell." He whispers as he leans down and I scoff as I wrap my free arm around his torso.

"You're such a bitch." I smile as he immediately pushes me away before I begin laughing.

"What about Daria, have you talked to her?" He questions and I bite my straw, watching Pedri as he's talking to some random girl.

"How do you know about that?" I ask as my eyes are glued on Pedri.

"Nico told me about it, and Pedri said something about it too at some point." He replies as I nod slightly, watching Pedri's body language with her.

He takes a step back from her as I take a deep breath, looking up at Ferran, "what?" I question.

His eyes leave me and he begins nodding as he sees Pedri and the girl, "you're jealous." He says as I immediately shake my head.

"No I'm not." I deny as he scoffs.

"Right, definitely not." He jokes as I furrow my eyebrows.

"Just because I'm looking doesn't mean I'm jealous." I say as he nods slowly.

"Right, definitely." He says as I frown.

"I'm serious," I mumble as he tries not to laugh, "I don't care if other girls try to talk to him, that's just how it works."

"Right, I believe you." He scoffs as I cross my arms, "I'm just pulling your leg." He adds as he bumps my shoulder and the girl puts her hand against his arm while laughing as I take another sip of my drink.

"It's fine, totally not bothered." I say as I turn around, leaning my elbows against the bar as he begins laughing.

"Mae, you are cracking me up." He says as I immediately shake my head.

"It's not funny, I genuinely feel like I'm going insane." I mumble as I take a deep breath.

"Mae, what?"

"I get jealous when other girls talk to him, and I get weird around him myself because I'm still convinced something is wrong. It's like a lose lose either way." I say as he clicks his tongue.

"Just go talk to him. Go outside for a minute and get it sorted, because you're going to drive your self crazy by thinking about it. It's literally the worst thing to do." He explains as I tap the bar top.

I begin shaking my head slowly as he sighs, "what do I even say?" I ask.

"That you're still unsure about the situation and want more of a clear up because it left you more confused." He says as I bite the inside of my lip.
