After a Mike Harder game winning goal last night, the Colgate Raiders head to Allston, Massachusetts to play the Harvard Crimson hoping to continue Raider dominance. With 12:14 left in the first period, Jimmy Vesey scored to make it 1-0 Harvard. With 18 seconds remaining in the first period, Barry Tait scored to tie the game 1-1. David Gagnon and Raphael Girard matched zeros for the remainder of period number one so 1-1 remains our score heading to period number two. With 7:39 left in the second period, Edward Poole scored to make it 2-1 Raiders. With 2:10 left in the second period, Mike Seward scored to tie the game 2-2. Gagnon and Girard matched zeros for the remainder of the period so 2-2 remains our score heading to the third period. With 8:14 left in the third period, Steve Riggs scored to make it 3-2 Hamiltonians. With 7:32 left in the third period, Brayden Jaw scored to tie the game 3-3. Gagnon and Girard matched zeros for the remainder of regulation so 3-3 remains our score heading to extra hockey this evening. With 2 minutes left in overtime, Dan Ford scored to win the game for the Harvard Crimson 4-3. Colgate dropped to 6-4-2 on the season and 4-1-1 in ECAC Hockey play.
