Over at hawaii, Tom is out playing volleyball with Randall and his groomsmen. Tom is on a separate team from that of Randall, who ends up winning after Tom misses on quite a few throws.
He then goes over to help Tom.
"Sorry about that, Big Tom. Are you good?"
"All good. Fine," he responds back, "Thanks for inviting me out to hang with you and your groomsmen. Good quality bonding."
"Yeah, you know bro? Those guys right there, they're way more than my groomsmen. That's my squad. Never would've made it through life without 'em."
One of his teammates then calls him over.
Randall then calls back and then gives Tom a fist bump before leaving off.
"Hey uncle Tommy!"
Tom hears a voice as he notices both Maddie and his niece Jojo making their way over.
"Oh hey girls, how are you doing?"
He then notices that Jojo has two rings on the pillow she's holding.
"Are those the wedding rings?"
Maddie confirms it is and Tom asks Jojo if he can take one to look at.
"May I?" he asks, wanting to take a look at the ring.
Jojo then hands the pillow over to him and he picks up one of the rings off of it.
"This little ring bearer has been taking her job very seriously. She's been practicing all morning."
"Yeah I can see that. How very responsible of you. Except aren't there supposed to be two wedding rings?"
"Uh oh" she says as she notices only one on the pillow.
He then reaches his hand towards her left ear and pulls out a wedding ring. Turns out it was just a simple magic trick that he had pulled off. This made Jojo laugh.
"You're gonna do great kiddo!" he encourages her before she heads off again.
As Tom and Maddie proceed to hug and kiss, a popping sound is then heard from over where Randall and his groomsmen were. They were all celebrating while pouring water on each other.
Tom took a good look towards them before speaking to Maddie.
"You know I think I finally figured out exactly what Sonic needs."
Maddie was confused for a moment, thinking that he meant muscles when referring to Randall and his groomsmen.
"No, a squad. His own buddies. I mean you saw how excited he was to have his new friend come over so I think it's about time he stops flying solo and builds his own friendship group."
Maddie had secretly agreed along with him, although she didn't want him stressing too much over it.
"Baby, you got to relax. You're at the four seasons. Have a Mai Tai. Spend some time with your wife."
"That's what he said. Seriously his exact words."
"See. He's a smart kid. He'll find his way."
"I absolutely cannot find my own way. We are completely, totally, unequivocally lost!" Sonic exclaims as the three friends are now trudging through a blizzard in Siberia.
Sonic looks over and sees some coats and winter head gear laid out at the front of a nearby bar.
"Don't worry, on Earth, people are very welcoming and love taking complete strangers into their homes. Right Leah?" he asks her, thinking she'll agree with him.
