Percy's POV

I had sneakily walked into the kitchen hoping there would be some pizza left, I turned around to see a blonde haired girl run full force into me.

"Oh! Sorry..." Annnabeth said sheepishly.

"Um... Hi." I had no idea what to say. I had tried to play cool after what happened last time we were in the kitchen, but my emotions took the best of me.

"Hi..." Annabeth looked up at me, her grey eyes seemed to shine like diamonds implanted in her skull.

"So, ummm... What happened befor-" I tried to explain but Annabeth cut me off.

"Yeah. Um- yeah." She turns away from me and grabs a glass cup from the table, filling it up at the sink beside me. "We don't need to talk about it. It's fine!" She says quickly while turning around to face me.

"Right. I know." I took a step towards her.

"Percy! Can I use your pillow?! Mine has a mistery stain on it!" Frank calls from the living room. Annabeth and I turned away from eachother.

Why does everybody have to interupt us?  I thought to myself.

"Um, yeah! Wait- No! Go get your own pillow!" I called as I ran back towards the living room, forgetting all about the conversation I had just had with Annabeth.

-----30 MINUTES LATER-----

We had decided to sit in the girls fort and play some party games, aka, Dress to Impress (A POPULAR ONLINE DRESS UP GAME)

"Vote me 5 stars!" Piper says.

"That's cheating! And plus, you've won the past 3 rounds!" Hazel giggles.

"Yeah! Vote her 1 star!" I joke, making a face at Piper.

"The only reason you aren't  winning, is because your  outfits suck!" She stuck out her tongue and put up the middle finger.

-----20 MINUTES OF PLAYING DRESS TO IMPRESS LATER-----

"I'm getting tired." Calipso yawns. I checked the time on my phone; 9:24pm.

"Me too." Frank admits, placing his phone in his lap.

"Alright... I think it's time for bed. Yall need to move back to your  pillow fort." Piper says.

"Fine." I groaned as I crawled out the fort.

We made our way back to our fort.
I spent the next 30 minutes trying to fall asleep. I had no luck. I wriggled out of the pillow fort and walked into the TV room. I plopped myself onto the couch and flicked the television on. 10 minutes went by of watching cartoons when I heard voices coming from the kitchen. I crept into the kitchen to see Annabth on the phone in a heated conversation.

"I'm aloud to go to my friends house! You can't tell me where I can and can't go!" Annabeth whispered in a harsh voice. She hadn't noticed I was there, so I decided to keep listening. "Stop! No! I have had enough!" Annabeth hung up the phone and slamed it onto the table. "Fuck!" She mutters to herself. Stupidly, I didn't run away. I knew I should of, if Annabeth saw me watching her private phone calls, she would judo flip me.

"Shit. Shit!" She leans onto the table and a small sob comes out of her mouth. Just as I was about to run back to the pillow fort, she notices me. "Percy?" Annabeth looks at me, a singular tear falling down her cheek. My face became as red as a fire truck.

"Um... I was just getting a glass of water." I lied. I walked up to table where Annabeth was standing. She wiped the tear from her cheek. And then something I never expected would happen, happened.

She hugged me.

Annabeth's POV

Tears fell down my cheeks as I wrapped my arms around Percy.

"It's okay." He said softly, his voice was gentle and comforting.
we stood there, embracing eachother for another minute before I pulled away. I wiped my cheeks clear of tears. Percy took my hand and led me towards the TV room. I layed down onto the couch and within minutes, I was asleep.

I woke up to a serinade of gasps. I knew better than to open my eyes, so I kept them closed, and I prayed to the gods that Percy didn't wake up.

"C'mon guys," Hazel said quietly, "we shoudn't wake them up." I heard her usher them out of the room, before my eyes shot open.

-----3 HOURS LATER-----

"Bye! See you later!" I called to everyone as I shut the car door.

After I had got up, the entire group refused to mention what they saw in the TV room earlier. Even Piper kept quiet.
Percy had offered to drive me back to Goode campus, and I didn't mind having him carry all of my bags, so I agreed.

Once we arrived, Percy carried my bags into my dorm.

"Ok," he huffed. "I'll see you tommorrow in science." As he was walking out the door, I worked up enough courage to ask him something.

"I'll come over to your dorm for dinner?" I said casually.

"Oh, yeah. Sure, if you want." He stuttered, and with that, he ran out the door.

Word Count - 900

Finally I finished the sleepover! I'm trying to make this a slow burn but it's so hard! I'm reading the PJO series again, and I feel like it gets better every time. I'm going to try add some sort of tension and stuff in a chapter soon, but I wanna add some more Percabeth.
Thanks for reading!

Anyway,

See you later!
