I hated her. she was just so perfect.

the perfect grades, the perfect personality, the perfect person. she had accolades, money and support. there was no way she was THAT happy and im gonna be the one to show everybody that she isn't as perfect as they make her seem.

i stood by my locker with my best friend, leslie. we've been friends since elementary school, she's literally my other half.

"so Z, what sport are we trying out for this year?"

"um, maybe cheerleading or something." i shrugged before looking at her and suddenly bursting into laughter.

"you know damn well!" she laughed with me as i continued to laugh. then SHE came walking down the hall. her and her posse came giggling by as leslie and i made faces.

"i really don't like her, she's way to happy." i mumbled as i fumed watching her walk by.

"she's in my chem class, she really IS that happy." leslie shuttered in disgust.

"about what though?? you're a 16 year old girl and you do well in school, is that really something to brag about?" i spoke as the bell rung. people began to shuffle through the hallway to class, i gave leslie a hug before joining the crowd to class.

i walked right into my spanish class to find her flirting with my one and only crush, keeva.

Keeva was this tall, dark skin man that was cosplaying as a 16 year old. he the whitest teeth that could light a tunnel, chocolate brown eyes and the most chiseled body ive seen in this entire school. she was not gonna steal him from me.

i blew air out of my nose before walking over to the scene and dramatically plopping in my seat next to him. he turned his head towards me as Yn continued to laugh at the joke he made before hand.

"well i see your partners here, but i will definitely be seeing you later!" she smiled brightly before strutting her way to the door.

"she's so bad i literally can't wait until schools over." he gushed as i felt my mood change. what was it about her that just made everyone like her so damn much?

"why do you like her?" i asked suddenly. he looked at me with a confused face, although i was very serious.

"what do you mean? she's literally the nicest person in school, she's very very pretty and she's a social butterfly. why don't you like her?" he described with a slight glint in his eyes. hearing him talk about her made my blood boil in ways that were unimaginable to the sane mind.

"well she's not that great you know. she's just another student." i mumbled.

"whaaat? no way you're a haterrrr." he laughed at me as the bell rung for the class to be finished. i snatched my bag as i practically ran out of the room. just as i rounded the corner i bumped right into miss perfect causing both of us to stumble.

"oh sorry there hun, i wasn't looking! that was my bad babe." she smiled as i gave her a hard stare before she walked away.

"hate that bitch." i mumbled as i heard the footsteps behind me stop. i turned to see she had frozen in her place before turning her head to look over her shoulder.

my heart began to beat, it felt like she was looking me dead in my eyes even though she could only see out of her peripheral.

"hate me huh? take a number." she chuckled before continuing her stride. in that same motion she high fived one of the teachers walking towards her.

something about her words made my attitude kick right in. that bitch couldn't know how to fight she was way too soft.

maybe that was it, maybe getting her into a fight is the way to ruin that little goodie two shoes. i gave a sinister smile as i walked off towards the next class.
