I'm sorry that I didn't post this yesterday. I thought I did but it turns out that I didn't and I was out all night with some friends. So here is a double update to make up for it!

*Sarah's POV*

The church was quiet as everyone who was leaving to track down Gareth's group packed up their guns and such so they were ready to leave when Rick said so.

Speaking of him, he came over and and handed Judith to me, givin her a light kiss on the forehead, "Look after her for me."

"Always." I smiled, turning to usher Sophia and Zeus into Gabriel's office, casting a wary glance at Bob who was now sleeping on the couch. I had my small gun in my belt, knowing that I would have to use it if things went south, which hopefully wouldn't happen.

Sophia placed the basket we were using for Judith into one of the corners and I set her down in it before sliding down the wall until I was sat on the floor beside her.

"Do you think my mom and Daryl will come back?" she asked, hand running over Zeus' fur when he settled down beside us.

"Yeah," I mumbled, "I do."

"What are you gonna do when he does come back? Are you gonna yell?"

"Yelling isn't really in my nature," I laughed, "Might hit him with a Bible a couple of times though for scaring the crap outta me."

She giggled and started pulling apart her gun then putting it back together again, smiling sheepishly at Carl when he pointed out that she had put the parts back in the wrong places.

Rosita was closest to the door; her shotgun in her lap as she spoke to Tyreese, who was sat on the arm of the couch by Bob's feet.

Eugene looked slightly terrified if I'm honest. He was pale and sweating like hell and Gabriel didn't look any better.

"We're gonna be okay, right?" Sophia whispered as the room descended into silence.

"We're going to be fine," Rosita said, hearing her question from across the room, "Nothing's going to happen."

Carl nodded and placed his hand on her arm, "I'm not going to let anything happen to any of you."

I smiled to myself, watching him put Sophia's gun back together properly for her. He definitely wasn't that little boy I met at the farm anymore.

****************

We had stayed in silence ever since Rick had told Rosita to lock the door, which she did seconds after he left.

It was a while before we heard anything, but when a splintering sound from the wood on the door sounded,  a shiver ran down my spine.

"Well I guess you know that we're here," Gareth said loudly, "And we know that you're in here. We saw Rick leave with your guns...and most of your manpower. We know who's here."

Sophia gulped loudly beside me and Carl stood up, ready to shoot at the door if they broke their way in.

"There's Bob...unless you've already put him out of his misery," Gareth chuckled and I got up to stand beside Carl, "There's Rosita. Let's see, who else? Well, there's Martin's friend Tyreese. Eugene, Sarah, Carl, Sophia and Judith. Oh and there's also the dog...Zeus, is it?"

Carl tensed at the sound of his sister's name, keeping his harsh gaze on the door.

"How about the priest?" he then said when we didn't acknowledge him, "Father, you help us wrap this up, we promise to let you leave her unscathed and you can even take Judith with you."
