"Sarah?"
I looked up at the sound of Rick's voice, "In the kitchen! Rick, we have to hurry!"
He appeared beside me, eyes widening slightly at the sight of Maggie writhing in pain on the floor, "What is it?"
"I-I don't know," I stuttered, pushing hair from her face and I lowered my voice so she didn't hear me, "It could be the baby."
He took Maggie's hand, "No. We're going to the hilltop. We're going to get her to a doctor and we're going now. Grab her arms."
I nodded and moved to help pick her up but Abraham stopped me, saying that he'd get her.
Maggie let out a small moan as the two of them picked her up and I quickly took her hand when she held it out to me.
"We'll take her in the RV." Rick said urgently, "Carl, get the door."
"No, wait," I muttered, "No. I'll bring it over. You can't carry. It might hurt her some more."
He nodded and dug through his pockets to grab the keys for me.
Seven minutes later, I was parked outside the house, one wheel up on the grass and I honked the horn a couple of times before the two men carried Maggie out and into the RV.
"I'll drive." Abraham offered, "You go back there and comfort her."
"How am I supposed to do that?"
He placed his hand on mine, "Just keep doing what you're doing."
"She's asking for you," Rick murmured, coming through from the back room and I nodded, giving him a small smile.
There was a bucket with a flannel on the floor and so I quickly rung it out and placed it on her forehead.
"Do you think it's the baby?" she whispered, "Sarah, I can't lose this baby."
"Hey," I said firmly, "You're going to be fine. Your baby will be fine. They have to be," I stopped, biting down on my lip as I trailed off, trying to decide whether or not to tell her.
"'cause why?" she asked.
"Because I think I'm pregnant too," I whispered, giving her a small smile, "And if I am, then my baby is gonna need someone to look after them and a best friend."
"Oh my god," she breathed, "You could be...Sarah, that's amazing."
I frowned when she squeezed my hand tightly, closing her eyes again and I turned to shout for Rick to hurry up.
"I'm scared," Maggie admitted, "Sarah, I'm so scared."
I nodded, "I know. And believe me, so am I. How about this, you close your eyes and try to get some rest and I'll go tell them that they need to hurry."
I watched quietly as she nodded and closed her eyes, moving around slightly to get comfortable.

I was sitting in on a chair beside Maggie's bed when the RV suddenly came to a stop. There was no way we could be there yet.
"What's going on?" I murmured, emerging from the bedroom, "Have we broken down?"
"Enemy up ahead." Abraham muttered and I crouched down by him to see that there was a group spread across the whole road.
"Is that...?"
"Yep," he said, "That's them. Are we doing this?"
I looked at Rick who was stood beside me and he looked at me, "No."
