Sarah;
"You know, you could come with us if you want." Rick said to me as he sat down on the sofa to wait for Daryl.
Two months had passed in a blur of repairing the walls and today, the two of them were getting ready to go on a run for supplies and food.
I smiled but shook my head, "Tempting, but no. Besides, how long has it been since it was just the two of you?"
"You have me there," he laughed and then began patting himself down, sighing loudly, "Can you believe that I forgot the keys?"
"Kind of," I shrugged, "Go get them and I'll tell Daryl to meet you by the gates."
He darted out the door, hollering a thank you over his shoulder while I went towards the bedroom.
"Rick says you've to meet him a-oh hello." I trailed off.
He was stood shirtless at the dresser, digging around in one of the drawers to find a shirt.
"Who's the luckiest woman in the apocalypse?" I murmured, moving over to wrap my arms around his middle, "I definitely think I am."
He gave me a smile, leaning down so I could give him a kiss, "Wha' were ye' sayin' about Rick?"
"Oh, he said to meet him at the gates," I replied, watching as he finally pulled on a shirt and I pushed his hands away so I could button it up for him.
"I could do tha' myself."
"I know," I smiled, "I just wanted to. But it would be better if it was coming off. Know what I mean?"
"I always know wha' ye' mean." he said as he grabbed his bag off the bed before coming over to give me another kiss, "If yer still awake when I get back, I might let ye' take it off."
"You have yourself a deal!" I yelled as he left the room, hearing the front door slam shut a few seconds later, "I need to find me some coffee."

I found myself at Maggie's house, sitting on her sofa with a mug of water in my hands while she sat on the chair across from me.
"You know, you're glowing." I smiled, "Pregnancy is a good look for you."
She flushed before putting her own mug down and got comfortable, "Thank you. Why are you looking for coffee anyway?"
"Everytime Daryl has gone out, I always say that I'll wait up for him but I end up falling asleep," I shrugged, "I just want to be awake when he gets home an-"
"He said you'd have sex, didn't he?" she asked, a knowing grin on her facce.
"Yeah," I admitted, deciding just to come straight out with it, "Well he said maybe, but it's been a while."
"I remember the 'if you're still awake' sex. You're in for a treat." she laughed, covering her mouth as Glenn entered the room.
"What's so funny?"
She shook her head, "Nothing. Just girl talk."
"I never trust you two together," he said, watching us carefully, "You always look like you're up to something."
"Us? Never." Maggie gasped, hand against her heart as she stood up, "C'mon, Sarah. We'll go to the pantry and see if they have any of your love beans. I think Carol is on shift."
As we reached the door, I turned to give a confused looking Glenn a wave goodbye, "See you later!"

Daryl;
I don't know how long we had been driving but we had already found a truck full of supplies. Now we had stopped at a rundown gas station where I spotted an overturned vending machine and hopped out of the truck to check it out.
After failing to turn it over on my own, I got Rick to come over and help but even then, the machine was too heavy and so I got an idea when I spotted a chain nearby.
The two of us wrapped the thick chain around the best spot and I hopped into the truck. Minutes later the thing was flipped and I joined Rick in peering inside it.
"Not a lot there," he said quietly, "It's not worth it."
A tiny smile crossed onto my face when I spotted the brand of soda that Denise said she had wanted, "Nah, it's enough."
Suddenly, Rick was shoved against the machine as some guy ran by.
"Hey!" I snapped, automatically pulling out my gun, "Hold up!"
They guy, who was dressed from head to toe in black, turned around with his hands up.
"You seem to be in a hurry there," Rick said, coming to stand beside me, "Mind telling us what you're running from?"
"The dead." he said simply, looking at the two of us closely.
"How many?"
"Ten. Maybe more," he breathed, "I'm not risking it. Once it gets to double digits, I start running."
"Where?" Rick asked.
"About half a mile back. They're heading this way. You probably have eleven minutes."
I kept my gun pointed at his head just in case he tried anything. I wasn't going to risk my life by helping him. I wouldn't make that mistake again.
"Okay," Rick mumbled and I turned to see him holstering his weapon, "Thanks for letting us know."
"Sure," the guy said, "There's more of them than us, right? We gotta stuck together. Right?"
He looked at me as he said that and I reluctantly lowered my gun
"Do you have a camp?" he asked.
"No," I immediately answered, not caring what Rick thought but all he asked the guy was the same question.
"No," he shook his head, "I'm gonna go now, though. Sorry for running into you. This is the next world, I hope it's good to you guys."
We watched as he started running again and Rick spoke up, "I'm Rick. This is Daryl. What's your name?"
"Paul Rovia," he said, spreading his arms out beside him, "But my friends used to call me Jesus. Your pick."
"You said you didn't have a camp. Are you on your own?" Rick continued.
"Yeah," he answered, "So better not try anything."
"Best not make threats ye' can't keep neither." I growled.
"Exactly," 'Jesus' smirked and started running again.
"How many walkers have you killed?"
"No, Rick, not this guy." I snapped but he shook his head.
"Sorry, gotta run." he called over his shoulder, "You should too. I'd say you have about seven minutes."
We watched as he disappeared around the corner before glancing at each other.
Who the hell was this guy?

I'm sorry if this is bad but I've been wanting to get something up for ages.
