Ragbros - Diluc and Kaeya

Diluc as Babysitter Part 2

"Master Diluc?" To say it was a surprise would be and understatement for Adeline as she blinks in confusion at the very unexpected scene that was played right in front of her. It was almost theatrically.

Who would have thought to see the great Master Diluc surrounded with a bunch of cute babies?

It was a sight. (She wished she had fetched a camera right now)

Diluc sniffed. "Adie.."

The quivering tone was enough to snap Adeline back to reality and she rushed towards the Master with the baby in his hold. She extended her arms ready to reach the bundle of child until she sees the familiar bluenette hair.

How oddly familiar...

As if sensing her curiosity the little child slowly turned around just slightly, and blinks for a moment, his tiny hands grip Diluc's white shirt like a vice, almost scared. That's when Adeline finally acknowledge the periwinkle eye that she had come to loved so much.

"...Master Kaeya?" She gasped softly and slightly leaned down to look properly at the baby.

Diluc shifted Kaeya into a more comfortable place and so that Adeline can fully look at him, it was somewhat the same, the hair, the chubby face and the big eye patch that was slowly falling from its grasps.

Her hand reached out at the black eye patch slowly, eyes gaze back at the strarry eye. "May I?"

It's as if the little toddler know what she means, he just leaned towards the warm hand, she smiles softly and slowly peeled the eye patch away. Though Diluc was actually skeptical at first to the point that he hold his breath but he just kept quiet and just holding Kaeya closer. What he feared is-

"There's my handsome little Master hmm?" Adeline cooed and pinched the soft cheek that make Kaeya squealed in delight, almost trashing and making Diluc lost his balance. He quickly readjusted his brother back.

"Baa!" He laughed.

His face doesn't seem to hold any scar battle and both his eyes seems completely normal though it was a mismatched one. One that was blue and the other was golden. Still, it was beautiful as ever.

Adeline smile before she gaze back at the older man with a concerned look. "Now what exactly happened Master Diluc?"

Diluc sigh and was about to tell her everything untill a soft cry was heard from outside.

"I will tell you everything but before that.." He gaze back at the other strollers and the babies in it. "I think we might need to take care of them first.. there happened to be an accident among the knights."

They both had come to a reasonable conclusion and to put the other babies on top of a soft mattress that was laid in the middle of the living room. After all it was more spacious and more comfortable for the babies to roams around. Or so he thought.

A heavy sigh as he finally slumped down onto the soft mattress on the floor. It was as if he had just returned from a long business trip or maybe from his nightlight vigilant jobs, but here he was surrounded by a bunch of babies.

"I'm...still a little confused Master Diluc." Adeline eyes are still staring at the blonde kid on her lap, giving her a bottle of milk as she rocked her to sleep. "Guu.." Small Jean hummed sleepily and her eyes are slowly closing.

Adeline can't help the warming feeling deep inside her, putting away the empty bottle and tapped her back slowly, lulling her to sleep.

"Me too Adie. Me too." Diluc peeled his one eye open and look to his side to see the other babies crawling around and looking around with curiosity.

Albedo was peacefully sleeping on the corner all tucked in a warm blanket with many plushies around him. (He wants to sleep too). Eula and Amber was crawling and toddling around searching for something their little eyes can find. And well, they did find the toy plushie sword and started playing with it. (Well eating it.)

A soft tap on his side and Diluc turned his head just to see his baby brother look down on him for a moment, they both are staring at one another like a staring contest. It was almost intense before little Kaeya started smacking his face. "Ack Kaeya! Quit it!" The more he says no the harder it gets. How could this small hands be so strong!? He grabbed Diluc's hair harshly. "Ow ow- Kaeya!"

This won't do. Duc quickly get up in a sitting way and grabbed Kaeya in his hold and ruffled the boy's hair as revenge. "You little brat!" And tickled the boy's stomachs for fun.

He was rewarded with a bubble laughter from the little toddler, his tiny hands tries so hard to keep Diluc hands away but to no vail, he failed miserably. "EheheE!" He let out more squealing.

Adeline couldn't help but chuckle at the sight.

"So how long are they going to be like this Master Diluc?" She carefully placed Jean to sleep besides Albedo and tucked her in the warm blanket. Still tapping her softly.

"Until Sucrose manage to make the antidote." Diluc let Kaeya played with his stranded red hair, his brother loook at it with so much interest after all, he was willing to let down his ponytail hair.

"I didn't even know if that girl can finished it today..." Diluc mumble annoyedly. "They will under my care for the time being it seems."

"Very well then Master Diluc." Adeline nodded.

Honestly, she actually didn't mind it a bit. Frankly it does seem to live up the lonely household a little bit. It brings her back to the memories of the two children laughing together.

"Thus it seems i need to teach you all the things you need to know about babies Master Diluc." She smiles sweetly.

"Eh?" Diluc blinks, jaw slightly opened .

"Now i don't assume that I'll always be there when you need me do you? You did specifically said that these babies are to be in 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 care after all."

Diluc can actually feel all of his blood drained out cold, he felt cheels in his spine once he sees the maniac grin of his maid. Oh boy what did he get himself into..he gulps.

Adeline smile so sweetly almost angelic. "Considered it a practice of becoming a father in the near future, boy."
