Dear Friend,
I can hardly believe that summer is coming to an end. It feels like just yesterday I was counting down the days until school was out, and now here I am, preparing to start my senior year. This summer has been a whirlwind of experiences, and I'm so grateful for every moment.
After our road trip, Jake and I spent more time together. We explored local parks, went to open mic nights, and even tried our hand at writing songs together. It's been a beautiful journey, and I feel like I've found a partner in creativity. He inspires me to push my boundaries and explore new ideas.
Mia and Lila have been busy with their own summer adventures, but we've made it a point to get together whenever we can. We had a few movie nights, complete with popcorn and our favorite snacks, and it felt like old times. I love how our friendship has grown, and I can't wait to see what this school year brings for all of us.
As I prepare for senior year, I've been thinking a lot about my future. I want to pursue writing seriously, but I'm still unsure about what that looks like. I've been researching colleges and programs, trying to find the right fit. It's both exciting and terrifying to think about what comes next.
