Dear Friend,
I made it! I'm officially a college student! The first few weeks have been a whirlwind of emotions, and I'm still trying to wrap my head around everything. Moving into my dorm was both exciting and overwhelming. I met my roommate, Sarah, who is friendly and shares a love for writing, which has made the transition a bit easier.
Classes have been intense, but I'm loving every moment of my writing workshops. The professors are inspiring, and my classmates are incredibly talented. I feel a mix of admiration and intimidation, but I'm determined to find my voice among them. Each day brings new challenges, but I'm embracing the opportunity to grow.
I've also started exploring the campus and the surrounding area. There are so many places to write—coffee shops, parks, and quiet corners of the library. I've found a few favorite spots already where I can lose myself in my thoughts.
I miss home and my friends, but I'm slowly finding my footing. I'm excited to see where this journey takes me!
