Covering my mouth, I was trying my best to not laugh when I saw Grandma struggling to put the thread in the eye of the needle. Her squinted eyes and the needle being so close to her face that I almost thought she might shove that into her face, it made her look adorable to me. With a smile I heaved a sigh before extending my hand towards her.
"Give it to me, I will do it." I said snatching it from her which she effortlessly let go off, letting me do it. With a small smile on my face I passed it through the eye easily showing it to her proudly earning a gasp of amusement from her.
"Here, take it." I passed it towards her and she took it smiling happily, her hands went over my head to ruffle my head which felt very soft and gentle. "I cannot worry about anything when you are with me." She exaggerated, making me exhale as I was flustered.
Doing a knot at the end of the thread, Grandma sewed a cherry red coloured scarf which attracted me. My hands on its own caressed the soft material as if it is a feather. In curiosity I ended up asking the question that was piling in my head.
"Who is this for Grandma?" The old woman focused on the piece she was attaching through the thread while still listening to me before she responded back. "For you." My eyes sparkled in excitement upon hearing her reply.
The smile did not leave my face as I admired the way her wrinkled and soft hands moved over the material. The perfection that emerged in her piece of art was eye pleasing. "Then I will make sure to keep it with me forever so it will remind me that you are always with me." I grinned amusingly, earning a soft chuckle before her hand went over my cheeks to caress me. The warmth of her body was gentle and safe.
"I am always with you my little princess. I am not going to leave you until I see you get married." She retorted , causing me to jolt up in shyness as I blushed, shaking my head while smiling. "There is still time, Grandma." I rolled back my eyes firing back to her remark not until she snapped back stronger.
"But it is going to be Heeseung, right?" My eyes widened at her remark causing my heart to skip as I felt blood rush through my body tensing me up. The mischievous smile on her face depicted that she is teasing me and enjoying it. With irritation, I pressed my lips together, scrunching my nose speechless. I didn't answer her.

"Did you go shopping?" I asked the moment I entered his car, greeted by a few shopping bags in his car's backseat piled over each other as if he just threw them there carelessly. With excitement my hands reached to grab a few of the bags to see the garment inside it.
"I did, after all I couldn't live on those clothes that belonged to your so-called cousin." Sarcasm was perfectly visible in his voice which made me side eye him, a stimulating smile on his perfect lips that never leaves somehow. Being the mature one, I shrugged it off looking away rummaging through the bag.
It had a few jackets, t-shirts and jeans that were all expensive and vibrant, making my jaw drop just by the price tag over them. With a small forced smile I put it back in the bag looking at the guy beside me, thinking if he could actually buy me if I end up rejecting him at the end.
Suddenly my thoughts piled up about the night when I got proposed to by Heeseung. It has already been one week and he hasn't talked about it again except the flirtatious behaviour of his which I am already used to now.
