Chapter 4, Part 4 - With a Little Help from Friends

Luckily he was. He smiled slightly.
"What's up Jacky? Can't go back to sleep?" Rich said playfully. In all the chaos, Jack forgot how early it still was. He took a minute to collect his thoughts. He then let out all his thoughts and worries and pleads in one big word vomit.
"I am so glad... you are one of the only ones acting normal. I know it's early but uh... something is wrong with the boys. Like... really wrong. I don't know what happened but... you're probably going to think I'm crazy but... my best guess is that they... nevermind I bet they are just high off their asses," Jack said, while gasping for air any moment he could. Rich dramatically reacted like he had just gotten slapped.
"Woah. woah. woah... woah. Back up a second." Rich thought for a beat. "First of all, where are they?" he asked. Jack sighed shakily.
"They're just outside. I-I. I just-" Rich cut him off.
"Well bring them in here and we'll see if I can't do anything to help them."
"Uh... o-ok," Jack agreed. He stepped toward the door, said a quick expletive, then opened the door, showing the five boys all staring at each other, still. A wave of worry washed over Rich.
"So, what exactly is wrong with you boys," Rich asked, his face twitching with worry. Who he thought was Andy looked at him with wet eyes and red face. If only he knew exactly whose soul was looking at him. Then he would understand everything. But Rich didn't know and who knows if he would even believe it. After all, body swapping is just a concept of a TV show. That's it. It's like they were in a TV show. Maybe they would wake up from this nightmare soon.
"I know this will sound absolutely insane but... I don't know what else to say. We think... we all... swapped bodies," Simon piped up with caution. Rich is definitely going to abandon the band after this one. Rich just stared at "Roger". He was the silent contemplation type. You tell him something outrageous and he just stands there for a while.
"Ok..." Rich looked like he had come up with a plan. It actually gave some hope to the six other men.
