When working on a project, don't hire or work with people (if you have a say in who your colleagues are) who all specialize in one thing, or similar tasks. Hire well-rounded, disciplined workers filled with integrity who will do the job right, even if it takes a little longer. Everyone's varying specialties and talents can then contribute much more proficiently, in turn.
