The further you put yourself out in the world and live your life in the public, the more critics there will be who will question your authenticity and follow your every move with narrow-minded, derogatory remarks. The good things could very well compensate for those, but with our minds that tend to focus on the bad in disregard of overwhelming positivity, spiteful blows can be fatal. What matters is that you evaluate your own actions and hold them to high moral standards. If what you are doing is ethically right, and right for you, do it!
