It's all about the way you address a topic that determines how favorable it will be with the public. If you oust an entire sect or way of life, you are ignoring the fact that the population may support that sect. Each sect has its criminals among them, but not everyone chooses to be evil! If you address subjects respectfully and with an open-minded stance, you will likely be approved by a wider spectrum of your audience then with forceful, impudent, narrow-minded, general claims.
