One week had passed since I've seen the other. I wondered what made me believe that running away from him was the right choice. Maybe I should've just talked to him because now I craved seeing him again, especially hearing his soft but low voice again.

The man I was so obsessed with had tried to contact me and I simply ran away. Sure, why not. Pathetic. I licked my lips since they've gotten a bit dry from thinking about San. I closed my eyes for a second in order to think about what I really wanted in life.

San was — dangerous. He was a temptation. He was a test for me. And I've completely lost myself in it since I've failed it.
And Felix was — completely the opposite of him. He smiled a lot, a literal sunshine. And he was kind and giving. Not that San wasn't but .. in a different way

Since I was back at college, the New Year's Eve party was the biggest upcoming event that everyone was talking about. New Year's Eve was always a date one could simply restart. And I needed a new beginning too. Maybe it was just a fantasy but one maybe just had to believe that everything would be good again.

I looked at myself in the mirror. The white silky button up made me almost appear innocent. Innocent but sexy at the same time. Some matching well fitting pants jeans and some nice shoes completed the look.

The choker I wore lead the attention to my neck, which I liked a lot. The earrings were small and simple.

Maybe today I'd get a clear mind again. Even though I thought I'd start the new year with someone, at the end I was alone again. God, don't be so melodramatic.

I shook my head and left my dorm in order to meet my friend Ricky at the end of the hallway. The taller boy grinned and greeted me with a nice and cozy hug. We would meet his friend group at the party. Whilst my friends all drove home, I preferred to stay at college. I didn't want to explain to my parents why Felix wasn't with me...

"You look too good to party at a dirty and messy college party" Ricky said whilst admiring my outfit. But I could only give the compliment back since he looked quite handsome himself. Ricky was definitely one of the most handsome men on campus with his light hair and the pale skin that made him look like an anime character.

We entered the college party a few hours ago. The air was thick and the people were horny. Nothing new for a dirty college party as Ricky liked to name it.

The drinks weren't strong but very fruity. I liked some of the wildly mixed mixtures that entered my throat immediately after ordering them for god damn two dollars each. If one wanted, one could definitely go black out here.

I shook my head eyeing Ricky who was in a good mood, dancing and being all funny with his friends. It made me feel happy to see him in such a good mood. Just like he should be.
