A/N: Ok guys Teddy Lupin is going to be portrayed as Dylan O'Brien except with blue hair
TEDDY LUPIN P.O.V
Me and the guys were sitting in the Hufflepuff common room two days later when we got the news. It came from Morgan, one of the girls our age. She came running in, her long blond hair swinging against her back.
"Guys, guys, she's woken up!"
She ran back out, and pretty much all of the Hufflepuff common room followed her out the portrait hole.VICTORIA JOHNSON P.O.V
When I woke up, I streched, knowing I had all the time in the world to get up. After all, we were on a vacation. Then it hit me. The air was different than the air in our hotel. The air in our hotel was hot and humid, and everything smelled tropical. Here, however, it smelled like medecin and sweat. Wait.. the sweat part was me. My clothes reeked of it.
I opened my eyes and looked around the room. This was obviously not the hotel, and it didn't even look like a normal hospital. There was someone in a bed down at the other end of the room and they had a cat tail and ears.
I closed my eyes tightly. I was hallucinating. After all, Hawaii was pretty really hot, and I might not have been drinking as much water as I should have been. I just needed to go back to sleep, and when I wake up, I'd be back in the hotel room with my parents and my older brother.
"Hello darling, how are you feeling?"
I opened my eyes. There infront of me was a woman with a nurses uniform on, and inside one pocket on the front of her apron thing was a stick. No, not a stick, a wand. It was a wand. No stick would ever look that cleanly cut.
"Confused." I said.
She smiled down at me. "Professor McGonagall wants to speak to you, okay? First though, I need to know if you need anything?"
"Um, actually I'm kind of hungry."
"Well everyone already had dinner, but I'm sure I could get you some pizza or something."
"Pepperoni please, if there is any."
"Okay dear, it'll be just a minute, okay?"
I nodded. She disappeared for a minute, then came back out of her office with the pizza, and a bottle of medecin.
"I'll be right back."
I watched as she walked down to the cat-girl at the other end of the room. She gave the girl some of the medecin, and I only looked down for a second, but when I looked back up, the girl no longer had a tail or cat ears. She simply got up off her bed and left through the door, her blond ponytail swaying slightly.
When I was done my pizza, a woman in long robes and a hat that a witch in a fairytale would wear, came over to me. She pulled over a chair and sat down.
"Hello, I'm Professor Minerva McGonagall. What's your name?"
"Victoria Johnson, but you can call me Tori. Everyone does, except for my parents when they're mad at me." I subconsciously ran her fingers through my hair. My parents had been furious when I had died the ends of my hair red.
"Well, Tori, do you know where you are?"
"No Professor, no clue. All I know is I'm in Hawaii."
"Hawaii? Oh dear..."
The nurse gave Professor McGonagall a look that made my stomach twist with alarm.
"Professor... where am I?"
"Well, dear, there's no easy way to say this, but you're in Europe... Scotland to be exact."
"What!?" I started panicking. "I have to get back to Hawaii... I have to get back to my family."
"It's okay, we can get you back easily, we just need to know how you got here."
I paled. "You mean, you don't know how I got here? I thhought I was still in the hotel when I woke up, so I have no clue how I got here!"
"Tori, do me a favor and keep an open mind here, okay? I know it will sound crazy, but there's a possibility it could be true. You could be a witch."
"Wait, a witch? But that's not... how's that... wait..." I thought back. I remembered when I had gotten my hair cut short, and wanted it back to the length it had been before, and within a week, it had been like I had never cut it. I remembered when I didn't want to be a part of the soccer team, and somehow before every game we were supposed to play, it had been rained out. I thought about the girl, who only a few minutes ago, had had a furry tail and ears. And then, I looked at the witch hat that the Professor sported.
It seemed impossible, but then again, I loved to believe the impossible was possible.
"How do I know this isn't a trick? A joke?"
Professor McGonagall reached into her robes and pulled out a wand. "Flick this, like you would if you were swatting at a fly."
I did it, and this gust of wind swept up the sheets on the bed next to me. I stared wide eyes at the professor, who smiled like she had just saved a kid from getting run over by a truck.
"No. Way. I'M A WITCH!?"
"Where are you from, Tori?"
"New York, New York, in the United States of America."
"Well Tori, I believe that you are the first American witch ever. Welcome to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry."

Professor McGonagall called my parents cell phone numbers, using the number I gave her. I had decided that, even hough this seemed highly unlikely, I wanted to stay here. I mean, it explained why I never found any jobs interesting. Maybe it's because I was a witch, and would only find a magical job suitable.
"Your parents wish to talk to you." Professor McGonagall held out the phone to me.
"Hello?" I answered.
"VICTORIA JOHNSON YOU WILL NOT STAY THERE FOR ONE MORE SECOND. YOU CAN'T TELL ME THAT YOU ACTUALLY BELIEVE ALL THIS STUFF ABOUT BEING A WITCH!? IT SILLY! WITCHES AND WIZARDS ARE FAIRYTALE CHARACTERS NOT REALITY!"
"Mom, calm down, you should see it. I mean, think about it, it would explain why when I don't want something to happen, it doesn't. And besides, Professor McGonagall let me try her wand to proove it was real, and i made the sheets on the bed next to me fly up in the air! It was pretty cool!"
"VICTORIA I HAVE NO CLUE HOW THESE PEOPLE KIDNAPPED YOU IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT A MONTH AGO, BUT TRUST ME, THEY WILL NOT BE GETTING AWAY WITH IT. WE'VE CONTACTED AUTHORITIES AND-"
"Mom, listen. I don't care what you say, I'm staying. Professor McGonagall explained to me that if I wasn't a witch, I wouldn't be able to see anything magical that she was doing, and I could. Maybe, she could bring you guys up here, and you could try to see it too. Then would you let me stay?"
There was a pause, amd I heard my dad say 'Let me talk to her.'
"Tori, listen. Think of it from our side, okay? You've been missing for almost a month, and then all of a sudden we get a call saying that you're a witch, and the best training you can get is at this school over in Europe? It's crazy."
"Dad, I know, but here, I don't know how to explain it.. but I feel like I belong here. I feel like I'm coming home. And maybe that's why when we have career day or whatever, no jobs sound like anything I can see myself doing. Maybe it's because I'm meant to be doing a job that involves magic."
"Tori-"
"No, don't say anything yet. You guys don't seem to understand that no matter how scary it's been for you guys, it's been even scarier for me. I wake up, expecting to be in a hotel with my family, but instead I'm in a hospital, a few beds down from this girl with a cat tail and cat ears. The nurse gives the girl this medecin, or maybe a potion, and the ears and tail disappear, and the girl walks out like nothing happened. Then, I realize, I can't remember how I got here. I can't remember anything that happened for the past month dad. Nothing."
I could tell my dad had put the phone on speaker when I had started my story, and I heard my dad breathing, before he said "Fine. Put the Professor on the phone again."
I handed the phone to Professor McGonagall who spoke with my parents in a calm tone. I wasn't even listening to her words, but even I would have taken her opinion into count.
Finally McGonagall hung up the phone and turned to me.
"Your parents are going to take a plane here tomorow. They're packing you a small bag with a fresh pair of clothes and they're coming to see if they'll let you stay here. But you need to know that Hogwarts can be a dangerous place. The Forbidden Forest is full of dangerous creatures that you don't want to meet, and magic isn't a joke. It's hard work. If you are to stay here, you need to pay extra attention in class and get good grades, excpescially since you have missed your first five years here at Hogwarts."
I nodded. "I'll study extra hard, I promise."
"Good. Now, I'm going to see if any of the girls your age have any clothes you can borrow, and I will see if I can find you some books from the library that explains how Hogwarts is run, and more about the magical community."
As the headmistress got up to leave, I stopped her.
"Professor McGonagall?"
"Yes dear?"
"Thank you."
"You're welcome dear." Professor McGonagall smiled.TEDDY LUPIN'S P.O.V
By the time we got to the hospital wing, everyone was furious with Morgan. We had had to stop five times so she could throw up, and each time we had to wait for someone to offer to clean it up.
As soon as we reached the doors, Madame Pomfrey slammed them in our faces, so naturally the first thing we did was complain and try to look through the window. I peered in, and sitting in the bed closest to the door was a girl about the age of Victoire, sitting up in the bed and reading a book about Hogwarts. As soon as people started staring through the window at her however, she looked up, almost as if she could feel us watching her.
She looked around the room and then slowly pulled the curtain around her bed, just enough so that we could see her. We kept watching her and finally she yelled "I'm not an animal in a zoo so stop staring!"
I laughed to myself and shook my head. She had an American accent and spoke with confidence, as if she was used to sticking to her opinion and disobeying people if they weren't right. Or, as we call it, a trouble maker.
"We just want to get to know you!" Victoire yelled, sticking her face in the glass.
"My name is Victoria Johnson but I'd prefer if you called me Tori, my favorite colors are purple and blue, and I love music! I have an older brother, I live in America, and apparently I'm a witch! Is that enough information? Because I need to learn about magic right now!"
Victoria poked her head out from the curtain and smiled. It was one of those teeth showing-deep dimple smiles.
"No way!" Victoire yelled back. "My name's Victoire! Our names are pretty similar!"
"Is it a French name? Parce-que je parle le français! Pas si bon que je voulais, mais je le parle assais bien!" ("Because I speak french! Not as good as I would like to, but I speak it good enough!")
"Oui, c'est ça!" Victoire grinned from ear to ear. "Il est français pour 'victory' puisque je suis née sur l'aniversaire de la Bataille d'Hogwarts!" ("Yeah, it is!"..."It's french for 'victory' since I was born on the anniversary of the Battle of Hogwarts!")
"Can you guys quit it with all the french? I only know 'Oui', 'Bonjour' and 'Non'. I can't keep up with all this." Abby, a girl in the fifth year, and also one of Victoires best friends complained.
Victoire was about to say something but Madame Pomfrey chased us all away from the hospital wing and back to our common room. And the whole way Victoire had a smile on her face, despite Morgans continous vomiting.
