1 WEEK LATER ,

The morning had been buzzing with excitement. Yamini had just received the email that would change everything for her company, an international deal that would take her advertising firm to a whole new level. It was the kind of success she had dreamed of, worked for, and sacrificed for. The email confirmed that they were expanding into the US market, and she was the one chosen to lead the deal making process.

As she read the email again, a smile tugged at her lips. This was it. The moment that validated all her hard work, all the sleepless nights spent strategizing and pushing her team to be the best. Her company, once a small startup with big dreams, was now set to go global. With this she is going to be a global level advertising agency owner.

But with this monumental opportunity came a new challenge. 'who would she take with her to New York ?' The client meetings, the presentations, the high-stakes negotiations, she would need someone capable, someone she trusted completely. Yamini's mind immediately went to Narmada, her senior executive and concept designer, a sharp and creative mind who had been with the company since its early days.

She grabbed her phone and dialed Narmada's number.

A few minutes later, Narmada entered her office with a smile.

Naramada : Excuse me ma'am ! You needed me ?

Yamini was standing near her desk, a thoughtful expression on her face. She handed Narmada the email, and Narmada's eyes lit up with genuine excitement as she read it.

Naramada : ma'am , this is huge ! Congratulations ! You've worked so hard for this. I'm so happy for you !

Yamini smiled, but the smile quickly faded as she crossed her arms, glancing out of the window.

Yamini : Thank you, Narmada. I need your help on this one. I need you to come with me to the US for the deal. It's going to be intense, but I know you're the right person for it.

Narmada's face softened with gratitude.

Narmada : Of course ! I'd be honored to help. Just let me know what you need.

Yamini hesitated for a second before speaking again, her voice quieter.

Yamini : There's just one thing, Narmada. I... I need you to take some time off to make the arrangements. I got your email. You're getting married soon, right ?

Narmada's eyes widened in surprise, and then she chuckled softly.

Narmada : You remembered ? Yes, I'm getting married next month. I've been planning it for a while. And I was going to ask for some leave to handle the preparations and family stuff, but this opportunity is so important... I don't want to let you down.

Yamini sighed and is clearly torn.

Yamini : You've worked so hard to get to this point, Narmada. You deserve to take this time. I'll manage the trip without you. Go. Enjoy this moment, your wedding. I can handle things on my own here for a while.

Narmada smiled and nodded, touched by Yamini's understanding.

Narmada : Thank you for being so considerate ma'am. But don't worry, I'll be back when you need me. This is your moment, ma'am. You deserve it.

Yamini nodded, her heart is heavy with mixed emotions. She had trusted Narmada deeply, and she knew she would miss her presence on this important trip. But there was a bigger question hanging over her.

Yamini : Who would she take to New York now ?

As Narmada left her office, Yamini couldn't help but feel the weight of the decision. She turned back to the window, her mind still working through the possibilities. The team was talented, but she needed someone who could keep up with her fast pace, someone who wasn't just a great worker but someone who had an intuitive understanding of the kind of clients they'd be dealing with in the States.
