Lucy wakes up at around midnight still wrapped in Tim's arms. She carefully gets up trying to not wake Tim. Unfortunately having a boot on your leg doesn't really make that easy. Tim wakes up.
T: What time is it?
L: 12:26
T: Why aren't you asleep?
L: Hungry.
T: I'll make you something.
L: I'll just have some of the soup it's fine you sleep.
T: No cmon I'm not having you wake up just for cold leftovers.
They both head over to the kitchen, Lucy sits down on a chair.
T: Anything in particular you want?
L: Just some that tastes good.
T: Pasta?
L: Yeah sure. Just some basic pesto.
T: Ok.
L: Maybe I shouldn't be eating. I'm probably going to just throw it up again.
T: Better to eat than not.
L: I guess. Here I'll help.
T: All I need to do is boil pasta and sauce it.
L: I feel useless sitting here all day I'm going to help you.
T: You grab the pasta I'll get the pot then.
As she reaches up into the cabinet Tim gently holds her waist and pulls her to the side slightly.
T: Sorry just needed to find a spoon. I know you're going to start snacking on peanut butter while we wait.
He reaches over her to grab the peanut butter and lets her go as he goes to get a pot.
L: You know me well.
T: Still think you shouldn't be up too much. Where are your crutches?
L: Bedroom.
T: You shouldn't be walking without them.
L: I know.
They start cooking the pasta.
T: So what do you wanna do while we wait?
L: I don't know.
T: Well firstly you sit down.
L: Yeah alright.
She sits down.
L: Come here.
He goes and sits down with her.
L: Is Tamara ok? Like when you got to their place....
T: Apart from that injury she's alright. She did the right thing calling 911.
L: How's your face doing. Come here.
She shifts over to be closer and moves to face him.
T: You're the one I should be worried about boot. Pregnant and shot.
L: Oh stop calling me boot or I'll stop talking to you.
T: Hm... No.
L: You're lucky I'm your girlfriend.
T: That's true.
L: Oh someone's getting flirty aren't they?
T: Just my natural charm.
L: Yeah sure whatever you say.
