<You guys better be prepared for the countless medical inaccuracies im about to include>
A: Oh hey what's up with the cuffs princess?
L: Call me princess again one more time I dare you.
She grabs and cuffs him.
A: What am I even being arrested for.
L: That's your car yeah?
A: Obviously. I didn't steal it or anything.
L: Murder weapons were found in your car.
A: Crap did I forget to hide them?
L: Congrats you just admitted to a crime on camera.
She puts him into the back of the shop and goes over to Ellie.
L: Once backup and forensics get here we are headed back to the station to book this guy.
E: Yeah alright.
After a few minutes they are on their way back.
L: Officer Meyers.
E: Yes?
L: How medically trained are you.
E: Oh- I went to med school before the academy.
L: Good. Take the wheel.
E: What-
As Lucy's foot slowly presses in the breaks and the car slows down she passes out.
E: Officer Chen?!
Ellie guides the car through the others before it comes to a stop at the side of the road. She radios for an RA. Ellie gets out the car and takes Lucy out of it. Laying her on the sidewalk. Ellie immediately shoves open the door and says to Alan.
E: What did you lace your car with.
A: What? Don't know what you mean princess. Your cute friend over there doesn't look too good.
E: Tell me right now unless you want to add murdering a cop to your charges.
A: Special serum I made. Skin reactant poison. When someone touches it, even a little it'll slowly kill them. Looks a lot like some just had a sudden heart attack. NARCAN will wake the cutie right up though.
Ellie grabs the NARCAN out the medical bag in the back and gives some to Lucy as an ambulance and another cop car arrives.
Tim rushes over to them from the car just as Lucy wakes up. Paramedics also come over and start checking her vitals and Ellie talks to one of them explaining what happened.
T: I need to get Angela to tell me how to lift a curse.
L: I don't even know what happened. I just felt dizzy all of a sudden and started braking and told Meyers to take the wheel...
T: Yeah well it's good you realised. Otherwise you'd have ended up in a tree and I'd pull up to two dead officers.
L: Not helping.
T: Right sorry. We should probably get you to a hospital with the baby and all-
L: Almost like there's a whole ambulance behind me.
T: I know just worried about you.
L: Pretty sure Meyers just saved me. She's obviously figured out why whatever this is happened.
T: Yeah. At least this time you should be back to work tomorrow I hope.
L: I don't think I can handle another day of sitting at home.
Paramedic: Everything looks ok but we are going to get you down to the hospital anyways just to make sure.
L: Ok.
