The Rookie Season 7 Part 1

In the morning Tamara walk out to find Tim and Lucy asleep on the couch and pasta sitting in the stove.

Tamara: Morning.

Tim wakes up but Lucy's still asleep.

Tim: Oh did we fall asleep here?

Tamara: Yep. Also it's like 9am.

Tim glances down at Lucy.

Tim: I'll just take a personal...

Tamara: Oh by the way I'm going out with some friends.

Tim: The same ones from yesterday?

Tamara: No different ones.

Tim: Names?

Tamara: You're not my dad you know?

Tim: Yeah but Lucy would kill me if I let you get hurt.

Tamara: Well I promise I'll be fine,

Lucy wakes up.

L: Did I just sleep without being sick.

Tim: Yeah.

L: Yay. Tamara where are you going?

Tamara: Out with my friends.

L: Same ones from yesterday?

Tamara: No.

L: What's their names?

Tamara: You guys really are made for each other.

L: What?

Tim: Just asked her the exact same things.

L: Ah good to know I don't need to shoot you for not asking.

Tim: You sure about that boot?

L: I would hit you if I hadn't just woken up.

Tim: Oh how kind.

Tamara: Bye guys

L: Bye.

Tim: Cya.

She leaves.

L: Hey why aren't you at work?

T: At this point I'm not even bothered.

L: Ah an excuse to stay home with me alright.

T: Yeah pretty much.

L: Don't think we can eat that pasta though. Lucky you have a timed stove as well.

T: Yeah waking up to Tamara's smug face is better than a smoke alarm.

L: Yeah. Wow this couch is surprisingly comfy to sleep on, never really noticed till now.

T: Can't argue with you there.

L: Anyways you sure you don't want to go in? It'll be pretty boring staying at home all day.

T: No I'll stay here.

L: Great then you can go get me my chocolate.

T: Of course that's what you remember first thing in the morning. Not "great we can watch a movie together".

L: We can do that after you get me my sugar.

T: Alright boot.

L: I give up at this point.

T: I'll be back soon with your sweets.

L: Good.

He gets up and puts his shoes on before heading out the door.
